So I may be missing something in these tutorials, I know the majority of the armor is just paper and card board reinforced by the fiberglass resin. Do you reinforce the EVA foam the same way? Or with it can you just resin the outside?

@jasonedwards1980. You're a little confused. The whole point of a foam costume is to not have worry about resin or strengthening. It's to have a light weight comfortable, mobile costume. You seal the foam and paint it. That's's all. I'm making part 4 of the tutorial for foam costumes soon. It doesn't involve resin. It will just crack any ways
