@jordanfan88 this was made in 93 yes but not over this beat it was done over the original beat made by Shock G & that extra verse was for Money B of the Digital Underground 2Pac was just showing him how he thought it should go, Money B didn't like it so he wrote his own that's how we got the retail version then this was remixed by Deathrow as just another way of making money off 2Pac.
