This is a common server glitch which gives all players infinate health. Nothing can kill anyone. There is also a glitch that diassalows all ammo pickups. The best way to get rid of them is to reload the map

Not at all. If he spawn a shit load of healthboosts, they're stackable up to 1000hp. And I believe it carries over without if you join a coop edit from another coop edit.
