  • Thanks for the tutorial! I had to search around for awhile because people don't really know the meaning of beachy waves and not just regular curls, lol. Your way of doing this is exactly what I was looking for and I would've never figured to do that myself. I'm still pretty new to the flat iron thing.

  • your hair is so sexy, but make up so terrible :D

  • @Iwontwalkawayxx she has tons, lol

  • it's good and natural, but takes lots of time to do.

  • your hair looks great!

  • looks like ur natural hair r u shure u did it with a flat iron at first ???

  • I like the technique, never thought of that before =)

  • your voice is irritating and you did a bad job.....creating waves like tht only put dent in your hair your frick-tard

  • woah when it sped up i was like, LOL WTF, then i realised :')

this was good, annnd i would recommend using a curl enhancing mousse to keep them looking good for longer coz they can drop after a few hours :)

  • @RainbowCuppercake if you use heat often though you should use heat protectant.

  • @inkstainedlips i know you should, but i'm just saying I never have and it's just never done anything wrong to my hair that i ever noticed. in fact, i think it actually got a bit better! lol, then again my hair is completely different than a lot of people i know so yah...haa i guess it just depends.

  • @inkstainedlips say hi to the haters... lol :P

  • @emilywuhvsyou --------- Aren't we watching a HAIR tutorial?! Her voice is perfectly FINE. I'm just thrilled that I found a new way to do my hair. Come on, people, stay on topic!

  • @terriv13 and youre a bastard so get over it!!!!!!!!! i said sorry so you really need to move on with your life and stop worrying about peoples little trival mistakes. so goodby

  • @emilywuhvsyou ~ Welllll, I'm a female, so technically I guess you would call me a bitch, not a bastard, but if that makes you feel better about yourself, feel free. I just hope you learned not to be such a rude person.

  • @terriv13 you realize that you are being rude too? I apologized for what i said, so please put on your big girl panties and get over it. thanks!! ;)

  • @emilywuhvsyou and ur a bitch who cares

  • @sarahk64052 sorry sarah didnt mean to offend anyone. that was almost a year ago so get over it

  • @emilywuhvsyou She was born like that. You can't control the way your voice is. Have some common sense. You can't change your voice and her voice is not annoying. I have heard way worse. Sheesh!

  • thats so coool! im gonna try it sometime

  • FINALLY! A hair tutorial that isn't using black hair so you can actually see what is happening.

    Thank-you!

  • Can this work on shoulder length hair with layers? :/

  • thiss iss a pretty kool idea...i thinkk i mightt tryy itt!

  • same straightener !

this doesnt work on my hair though ..

it kinda just looks really dumb.

  • Such beautiful hair :-)

  • thank u soooo much! ive been looking for a simple way to do this for such a long time!! :D great job!

  • Ive been practicing :) i can do okay in the front but not very good in the back. PS its a good tutorial!

  • Do i need to put in heat protection?

  • Yes.

  • @Puppidog667 no but its good for your hair

  • like it, but it would not look good on me

a little to much hairspary in my opinion

  • i love this! ty!

  • o and if u have hard to curl hair it makes it have more curl if u have small amounts of hair

  • omg i love it!!! i figured it out in a little less than an hour but i have REALLY thick flat hair so it toke a little longer to do... and i had to use a lot of hair spray to keep it the way it is... but i love it !!! thank u !!!!!!!!

  • I have the same flat iron and it can't curl my hair with any of those methods.Any tips?

  • if you have curly hair should you straighten it befor you do that????

  • thats what i have always been wanting to know how to do!!!:D thanks

  • just what i was looking for thankyou :-)

  • lovve it :)

  • u look a lot like the nicole linkletter from antm cycle 5

  • Really? I've always loved her best out of all the antm winners.

  • omg i was thinking that too

  • omg! i have the EXACT same flat iron.

  • Hey, this technique is great! I have a haircut with shorter layers on top and mid-shouldered hair, which makes it hard to create waves. I tried what you're showing here and got light (loose) waves. Would like them tigher, but don't really know how to do it :(

  • For tighter waves just twist the iron more often, like here I'll take the iron down about 2 inches then curl it the other way, so instead twist it after 1 inch or so. Does that make sense?

  • just tried it..

    and OMG thank you!

absolutely new favorite thing to do with my hair!

    fast, easy, and beautiful (:

  • Glad you like it!

  • aww thanks, its amazing..

  • i'm sorry, but she really needs to pull up her shirt. she probably wasn't aware that her bra was showing during the video though

  • omg, who cares? and why pay attention to that, pay attention to the hair! gosh.

  • I have the same flat iron!

Your videos are great! They help me a lot.

  • Would you recommend the flat iron?

  • Awesome! I love my new hairstyle! your videos rock!

  • i tried this and it came out soo good! thanks

  • this is the only wavy hair tutorial that has worked on my thick hair thank you xx

  • What's a good heat setting, does it really matter? I never do much besides strighten and just leave my hair natural. So I'm looking at all of your hair videos. ^^HEAT SETTING^^ I have it like in betwwen the hottest and second hottest settings thing...hah. Isn't that too hot? But otherwise it doesn't do much. Is the straighner you use like ABSOLUTELY AMAZING??

  • lol i have this straighener and i have REALLY thick hair i used the heat setting 360 and it worked fine but if i put it any higher the top part would be to hot to touch. and the straighener is amazing i love it lol

  • I use the heat tamer you do ;D thanks for the video it helped a lot i have naturally wavy hair but very frizzy but this helped a lot to make it pretty like that :)

  • thank you so much!

i have tried multiple times in multiple ways to get beach waves; fried my hair in the process.

your tutorial was simple and to the point; much appreciated, hun!

  • u did a really good job ii love it :D

    thanks 4 posting

  • thx for posting i tryed it as soon as i finished watching the vid and it turned out amazing in the begining it did look wierd but now they look so natural

  • Thanx for the vid!!

  • yay finally someone with the same length/layers as my hair! i usually see girls making tutorials with long hair, so it doesn't look the same when i try it. thanks for the video :)

  • ok so like i do my mom and sisters hair but my mom has like the same hair legnth as you but out flat iron is like wider so how do i do it becuase if i do it there will be like two waves so do i flip it and go only like one inch down and repeat oh and i have a tigi flat iron

  • Do you mean you have a 2 inch instead of a 1 inch? I think you would do the same thing with both, but you may have to play around and figure out what works for you.

  • um no.... not two inch TIGI is the name of the iron :)

  • Her voice is actually nice to me, and she is gorgeous! she reminds me of a younger cousin I have :D

  • can you do this with ghd's ?

  • Yep cuz i always do..turns out great but you should really rotate 180 degrees properly and leave it there for 3 secs and it should do the trick! Good luck! :)

  • They look so natural!!!!! I will try it!!

  • Thanks! Good luck.

  • her voice is kinda annoyingg!

    but i love her videoss!

  • YES! omg vary not to hurt your feelings or any thing but yes BabyKakes4265 is right it kinda is annoying

  • looks really good!

  • I love it so much. Definitely going to try it one day :) You remind me so much of Cassie from Skins!

  • i didn't think this would work as well because i have relaxed hair, but it actually worked out perfectly and i likee itt!

    A LOT

  • i really like ur shirt btw its cute

  • looks so cool but complicated. OMG i like how you did your make up u should do a tutorial for those.
