Unfortunately, there are many parents who do not react kindly if their children come out as LGBT or are discovered as such. They can be kicked out of their homes or worse, as Gaga mentioned, domestic violence and abuse.

Also within the homeless community there still exists homophobia which can make life even harder for these youths who are struggling to live day by day.

I am glad that I have a loving family who had no problem with my sexuality.
