Oh does this bring back memories. But about lifting the wrong way, this is more of a laid back competition so there not as serious about that stuff. Exspeacially since they do not make you wear the correct outfit to wieghtlift in. I mean normal pants? who would do that?
were the majority of lifts in the beginning 5th of this video red lighted? Seems like some close to being pressouts. Not a criticism im just curious if they were all legal lifts! :)
yes, there were some questionable lifts, but at local meets the judges tend to be a little more lenient. most of those guys were at their first competition and they know that a lot of those lifts would not have passed at a national competition. but since then we've worked on the details a little more.
no worries. Only reason i commented is because i am about to compete in my first competition also and am trying to make sure i know the rules! Im sure the judging is the same here in Australia in regards to leniency depending on what level the comp is..

sorry but that is not the best way to lift! you will hurt your back, arm, and shoulder muscles!!!please teach them the right way!!!!!!!!
