I have an iPhone 4 and i stil want this phone

I've had my ROKR E8 for about 4 years now and it's lasted way longer than my other cellphones. It seems to be one tough phone. It can get sluggish with too many photos on the phone's memory - so I replaced with a 4g memory card and save all my photos to the card NOT THE PHONE's memory. This has helped with speed issues. It takes 'fair' pictures as the megapixel is rather low - just dont' save the photos to the phone's memory. I'm adding music to the memory card also NOT THE PHONE's memory.

its good for the time it lasts but it comes at the price of a laggy and slow interface but still i say its dam good. ive had mine for like 2 or 3 years and only have 2 or 3 scratches. dam good phone but could use a little more memory RAM or whatever phones use like that.

I MISS THIS PHONE SO MUCH!! I dropped it like FLAT on the ground and it worked for a second then completely stopped working and I can't get it to turn on. :( I had great music in it that I would fall asleep listening to. Now I can't do that. Watching this makes me kinda sad. Haha. But anyways!! Great phone. So easy to use. I recommend it if you really like listening to music :)

I've literally been throwing mine around onto the street and it;s taken no damage. the little bugger hasn't even died after being completely submerged in water 3 times and yesterday I ripped the entire faceplate off and It's still functioning fine. I HATE this phone!!! I Made the Mistake of buying it almost a year ago. What a Headache. First of all its VERY SLOW. Response time is ridiculouse! Makes you very impatient. 2ndly It constantly Glitches up by not properly sending or recieving txt messages in a timely fashion. 3rdly it Freezes on you Constantly! Lastly if you txt alot this phone is a piece of shit! You'll take an hour just to text a sentence. This is the worse phone ive had, and ive been threw alot of them. NOT WORTH IT!

I'm so sorry i thought this phone was really cool, because it sucks ass. The 2GB internal memory makes this phone move very slow and even freeze up completly(And that's when it was in factory settings, meaning it has only the things that were programed into the phone in the factory) -_- .. I've had mine for a year and I've been relatively pleased with this phone it's got a great speaker and is great for music, and also this phone is extremely durable, mine survived a pool and being dropped a countless number of times. but this phone does really have an extremely crappy camera that I suggest only using in the best of lighting situations also this phone get old quickly.

I mean it is a little more bulky but I'm pretty sure it could pass off as an mp3 player if your teacher is not that bright because I've tried this but teacher can notice that your "mp3 Player" is getting some sort of wireless connection but I mean I'm pretty sure if you're charismatic enough you could convince your teacher or an administrator that it is only an mp3 player and not a phone... good luck

I think motorola phone are good for starting out. I think they need to make mid range and high end phones though properly. As in updating their cameras to 5mp and above.

Also they need to start giving their phones feature like 3G, WIFI etc.

Yeah the Rokr E8 is a good phone! its been modernized, again could have been given a better camera and some other stuff like wifi, but its a really good phone for music.

i was going to get this phone, but i opted for the LG Cookie instead! I wish i got this though, the cookie failed too much :( Great phone though :D

I don't personally now about the ROKR but i got my nokia 5610 a little bit ago, i got a phone a week previously and it was the gravity now that was crap and then the nokia was and is a good phone but was given from t mobile to me in a broken state. Other than that the themes rings music and everything else is amazing. I am actually getting mine exchanged tomorrow. The camera is abosolutly AMAZING! and I highly recomend it for all your photo texting and music needs, GOOD LUCK!!!
