I think Charter school is better benefits for any parents than private residential school. Charter schools are sponsored by public taxes. Private Residential school also sponsored by some state taxes depend on each state. Some of Chtr/Priv were paided by out of pocket from Parent's. My parent paid me fully at St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf like a college tuition. Charter has more advantages than Private within flexible education philosphy. Some of Private schools are "old school" system.
