First tried it with evaporated filled milk and it tasted really yummy. But today I tried it with evaporated creamer/milk and the pudding tastes bland. Yuck
I had a hard time with cooking the sugar. And next time I would have added vanilla extract to the egg + milk mixture. But my family loved it nonetheless.

i think in the real recipe they use oven to bake this puding, but with steam pan, this thing become much easier for me who don't have oven in my kitchen, i've ever tried it with cover on the cup, and a lot water from steam drop in the purin (yeah it become too soft and become to watery)
