In Thor #445, Eric Masterson Thor fights Gladiator and Gladiator kicked his ass. Eric Masterson then summoned Living Lightning and asked for his help. The 1st beat Thor in (Thor vol.2 #34) and almost beat Eric Masterson Thor in (Thor #445) in which Thor needed Living Lightning powers to take on the alien. The 2nd beat Thor in (Blood Oath) and Thor was totally helpless untill he CHEATED and hit Hercules with a lightning bolt. The 3rd has innumerably beaten Thor in Thor (411 - 412) and in (Thor vol.2 #17) when he beat Thor with that bearhug

In Thor #489, Thor was about to kill Hulk, but was stopped by Hela. In Hulk #300, the statue wouldn't have hit Thor...Thor just didn't want Hulk to have it as a weapon. Thor was smacking around the Mindless Hulk and would have killed him if Dr. Strange didn't step in and teleport Hulk away. Hulk has NEVER won a fight vs Thor because he can't hurt Thor, period--even with Thor holding back.

The same can be said about Marvel Zombies, MC2, cartoons, movies, Ultimates, One-Shot titles like "Hulk: Let The Battle Begin", limited series that have a story that isn't canon in a main title like "Thor: Blood Oath". All of these are separate from mainstream MU.

The first takes place when Thor snaps Hulk's neck in What If storyline in which Thor himself is killed twice: once in (What If Thor met Conan the Barbarian) and the second in (What If Rogue possessed the power of Thor) when Rogue literally killed Thor. And the other in Dan Jurgens future non-canon story when Thor killed both Thing and Hulk.

In Submariner #35 Hulk beats Thor and forces him to drop Mjolnir in two blows. It was the Clarion Call which distracted the Hulk and gave Thor a cheap shot allowing him to hold Mjolnir. In HEROES REBORN Hulk beat the fake Thor who fights the real Thor to a stalemate = Hulk is stronger than both!
