  • Thx for your video! Great!

  • great vid! subscribed. i hope you play the whole song after.. make a part 3 and play the whole song.hehe

  • Tom.

Great tutorial. You have a quality of patience while explaining your music.

Regarding tutorial 2 of Misty, at about 30 sec into the video you play and describe an Eb7 chord. You play: LH: Bb & Db ( from bottom up) RH: E ,A, C# (Db) & E (from bottom up- an A Maj triad) Thus the cord becomes

    Eb7(b9 #11) or Eb7(b9 b5). LH plays 5 & b7 RH: doubles the b9(E) and includes the #11 (A) or this could be called b5.

Do you agree with this analysis.

    Thanks, Joe

  • Wonderful

  • Simply fantastic, thank you

  • Can you do a jazz version of "Two For The Road"? My favorite is by Dave Grusin

  • Again, great voicings. Since I can't hit the spread with my right hand at 1:26, I am forced to leave off the E flat but hope it's implied because I can do hit the F-E flat-A in the left hand. Man you got long pinkies you lucky puppy.

  • Thanks again for these textural harmonies. I used to play this one with standard II-V-I progressions but now I have more logical thought for more complex harmonies. Make an instructional DVD and/or a CD with all our songs and I'l buy them for sure.

  • Wow, I am so depply inmpressed, not only by the way you put together the most beatiful peppermint jazz chords but also by the way you are able to explain your style. That is so fantastic and most important followable and understandable. THX very much from a great fan of your style.

  • Thank you 7notemode! It's your kinds of knowledgable transmission into the tenth dimension that keeps God in between each of mine and your breaths to better hear and feel how wonderful being alive is!!!! sincerely. Pittsburgh Jazz/ DrFBM
