The study of metaphysics/witchcraft/occult etc has been going on for a lot longer than that. Anyway, the only thing that I don't agree with in this video is that you don't HAVE to ask Gods/Goddesses/Divine in order to cast a spell. You can use other energies too. When it comes to upgrading ones wisdom and understanding of The Cosmos at higher levels I'd say this practice doesn't have many layers to explore and lacks complexity and inner depth. quite shallow
