hi i have a question: for the G-chord, if we choose not to play the finger on the 3rd fret 2nd string, can we use finger 3 on the 3rd fret 1st string instead of finger 4?
Oh My Gosh!!!!! I saw another video before yours 3 and i wrote a comment saying i am gonna give up. I was totally wrong. i am going to continue with your lessons.!!!!
There are great. Your way is so easy. You teached us everything from the begining. thanks!!!!:)
Hey man are there any special tricks/techniques for getting your fingers more nimble/natural on the guitar aside from practice practice practice (which i am doing)? For example, my pinky is still stiff as a board and also when I am reading music and not looking at the guitar I find myself hitting the wrong notes quite often. Any tips would be much appreciated, thanks!
If your just beginning I'd suggest you learn the the right way round, not upside down. All you have to do is restring the guitar you have. If you're stuck in your ways and don't want to change, I'd suggest putting your 3rd finger on the first string 3rd fret (skinny string) and your second on the 3rd fret of the 6th string and have it rest against the 5th (A) string to stop it ringing, that would give you an easy G chord. Thanks for you kind comment and best of luck with everything.
Thank you for posting these videos. They are extremely helpful. I just recently got my guitar and you make everything very easy to understand. You are a very good teacher. Again thank you!
