  • something else that will help build ur muscles in ur chest and arms is to use push up bars; they're too handles that u can pick up at walmart for 8 bucks; but they work so much more then a normal push up because u can go 30% father down with the push up bars

  • I just cannot build muscle anywhere, i consume a lot of protein since my country's diet is based on non fat meat but i stay the same everytime, i don't know if i start exercising it will help my muscle to build up.

  • Aint it better if you do 'em slower? I do 15x15x15 with about 20-30 second breaks between, you think that works or should I just do a bigger amount of pushups in one? Wont try you're damn clap push ups though, I'll just end up faceplanting and probably braking my arms

  • @vinsaf23 you need to use the push-ups as an add on to your normal chest routine... begin looking at how much time you spend resting... is the weight you are using causing you to fatigue and almost quit within the last 2-3 reps of your set? ~ahmad

  • that was REALLY good, but if you want to make it more effective, you must do each push up rather slowly, putting your muscles under stress, eventually causing muscle failure (wen u cant do any more). its about 5 times more effective

  • @SpeedinHawk actually you shouldnt push your body for failure, dont listen to this guy, that trains your muscles to fail, you should never train to failure.

  • I'm joining the marines.. You should put some marines workout so bootcamp can be easy for me... My Marines recruiter said the marines bootcamp is the toughest out of all branches

  • @BCpochicho I would suggest do a lot of exercises for your back and chest...and build strength endurance in your legs... jumping rope and light jogging for 30-45 mins daily will get you ready. ~ahmad

  • @8cali94 If i'm correct. Then you should not exercise same muscles everyday except for lower body(Legs ect). Upper body needs time to recover, so every other day should be perfect. Every time you work out, you break the muscle strings. So once you rest they build up again until you workout again. If you do this everyday you don't let the muscles repair themselves, that might lead to injury or worse.

  • @8cali94 only bad if you are too sore and trying to work the healing muscle... normally for me I give it a day or two of rest then hit them hard again...thanks for question...

  • @abarbar06 No not really, but you do need your protein. Meat isn't even the best for protein you will find egg and nuts are probably the best and you don't consume any of that meat fat either.

    Wed. - Back

    Friday - Legs/Abs

    recover the muscle group you work for atleast 48 hours. if those muscles are still sore do NOT work them out until they heal.

  • @shino0201 in the beginning shoot for 50 reps...2 -3 sets... but as you get stronger work on going past the 50 and going to a point of muscle failure...then repeat one more time....practice...~ahmad

  • Good old push ups :) There's nothing more effective for building the upper body than (clap) push ups and (clap) pull ups.

  • @iamdobby1 I would say lets focus on getting in at least 45 mins of hard cardio...reduce your portion size while increasing your protein intake. Spend the first 15 mins doing any of my more recent weight training clips..then finish with 45 mins of cardio...ok?~ahmad

  • hey man, I've man boobs, im 16 and not really fat at all, just a slightly big stomach and obliques and small triangular man boobs. How long would you say it'd take for me to be like you if I do your navy seals ab routine and this excersize 3-4 times a week or everyday. Or how long it'd take to get a flat body.

  • if u want to get used to push ups...try hitting the weights first...build bisceps.. itll help.

  • @CarambaDude Good...I know some who can only do 5. So your next step is to not get caught up on what you can do...but focus on feeling what you wish to do...if 15 reps by the end of this month is your goal...then do your 10...rest for 30 seconds...then finish with 5 more. Each day decrease the 30 seconds...until there is no rest...there you go...a secret...try it and let us know how it turns out!~ahmad

    and now i can do 55

    every morning and every evening just do 10 and when it becomes easy start doing 15 and keep doing that untill you get better and better

  • @rapper30000 yes it will...the key is to be consistent with this. What I mean is that you will need to do this any days that your chest is not too sore...ok? And switch up the speed every so often. Keep your body guessing...~ahmad

  • @CubanBaby585 with any program you must switch things up on occassion. This was a clip where to challenge the chest I used a more explosive movement...check out some of my other clips..I believe in variety to keep the body looking grat...trust me, it works...~ahmad
