@Tool2525 I don't know about that, I think weight lifting is fairly creative. You do a lot of experimenting with what works and what doesn't work for you. You learn a lot about your body by doing it. And It forces you to eat well.

All of those things are fairly constructive when it comes to keeping yourself physically healthy too.
