You have a great voice and you are extremely talented...as I'm sure you have heard a million times before. I just want to thank you for putting in the time and effort to make these videos. It is greatly appreciated :)
funny no doctor could tell me whats wrong with my knee and now watching this I am beginning to see where and why my knee hurts. Good work. I was doing yoga :D and some fluid would run out of my knee- it was under the skin and I think it was synovial fluid however some tendon also got damaged and I had a wierd pulling sensation around the outside of the knee on the patella level.
Can you instruct me or refer me to one of your videos that explain the deep muscles of the anterior pelvic floor used in a yoga root lock (mula Bandha), their location & how to activate them.
If 120987george120987 had any clue he would figure out this is a 5 part video which goes on to explain the other innervations. Let's see your videos loser. These are the best anatomy tutorials on youtube.
i think that you inverted the obturator nerve with the medial cutaneous nerve of tigh
