NYC should recycle the subway cars instead of sending them down the ocean. There's a lot of metals there than can be recycled.

I think it would be better to recycle instead of dumping them in the ocean. Who knows what chemicals are in there.

@kaitoukidkun Any dangerous material is of course being taken out before dumping them into the ocean. The remains that are being dumped contain almost only metal anymore.
