Sono ex musicista di Pompei e ho conosciuto Sahwn a Positano nel 1976 e posso assicurare che i brani sono tutti suoi e che quando componeva era molto esigente non trascurando anche il minimo dettaglio. Oggi mio figlio ama interpretare questi brani ricchi di feeling , in particolar modo l'album Second Contribution.

come hai potuto conoscere Sahwn, se hai dichiarato solo 22 anni nel tuo profilo? Forse hai dimenticato qualche decina...Comunque è come dici tu. Al brigante appare una somiglianza, ma a quanto pare è un pezzo di Cash del 2000 che assomiglia a Casey Deiss...quindi è fuori discussione, e forse può essere vero il contrario a questo punto...

nel 1976, personalmente a Positano non c'ero più...trasferendomi a Milano. Non l'avessi mai fatto. In compenso ho conosciuto gente fantastica nel mondo dell'arte...in quella specie di città che sa solo scimmiottare New York...

come puoi constatare da altri video in cui Shawn appare giovanissimo, cantando la stessa canzone, certamente risale ad alcuni anni fa,forse alla fine degli anni 70 o inizio 80Forse i due si conscevano anche, come capita spesso nel mondo musicale,oppure sono somiglianze casuali. Per esempio una canzone di De André,la "canzone di Marinella", mi ricorda molto una canzone napoletana "Fenesta ca lucive" attribuita a Vincenzo Bellini, noto compositore italiano dell'800.Oppure sono nostre impressioni?

Don't worry. I had understood that it didn't have him with me, but with the public. The public of Positano knew very well Shawn. It was in confidence with him, with too much affection. A public "Neapolitan" passionate and noisy, of the south Italy. I felt what you/they told him. They played with him. They were happy. But also ill-mannered.

Hard to believe that so many people could talk through this beautiful ballad and allow their kids to talk. This song was a masterpiece, and all but ruined by the rude audience.

I was, unfortunately in an a little happy posting. His/her children he/she is known, they are done this way. The guilt is alone of the ill-mannered parents. I have done the possible one to take back a song for whole, also for friendship toward Shawn. They were 20 years that not there vedavamo. Thanks to Alan Frenkiel that you/he/she has invited me to Positano.
