  • this is the same guy who put two betta in one tank isnt it?

  • Stupid

  • Never thought about putting an airstone in there, by golly thats a good idea!

  • Were the tetras really necessary?

  • How Many Gallon Is Your Tank In This Vodeo . ?!

  • poor fish in tiny tank

  • Is This 2l ?

  • Hope u get the ten gal soon :) itll be a lot happier :D

  • animal cruelty

  • READ THE DESCRIPTION!!!!

  • Get at least a 10 gallon for these guys. Bettas should have minimum 2.5 gallons for himself alone.

  • R u poor ?

  • my god! thats WAAAAY too small for neons and betta! even betta alone its way too small. get a bigger tank (10g) NOW!

  • I have that tank it's .5 gallons I keep one betts in it but. It is a sick betts that is getting better

  • that tanks more like 10ltrs than 10 gallons

  • Don't neon tetra need a heater and some oxygen thing? My pet provider said that

  • @wackymac12 Siamese fighting fish (bettas) need a heater so the water is between 25-27 degrees C, not sure about neon tetras, but since you can keep them with siamese fighting fish I assume so too

  • @wackymac12 tetras should be kept around 78 degrees. The airator is probably imporant in a small tank with no filter or a weak filter. In a large tank, no but the airator looks cool with a treasure chest or volcano or just a wall of bubbles in the background. Otherwise, he is trying to make a sale.

  • Only word I can think of is abuse

  • nice tank

  • if u wanna keep them together atleast get a big tank ! or just keep the betta

  • if you want the betta to kill a neon you should have one neon

  • Even 10 gallons is too little. You'll need at least a 30 gallon aquarium considering neon's are very active fish. Cycled, with a filter and heater.

  • @joeyhopkinson a ten gallon is fine for neons. they only grow to an inch.

  • @friedsausagerollz Yeah, but they are very active fish which are sensitive to water quality and PH.

  • @friedsausagerollz That is why they should be in an established aquarium. Neons do fine in a 10 gallon. I also wouldnt say they are very active fish. Neons usually swim slowly on the bottoms/ middle area of a tank.

  • Cruel

  • I suggest getting a bit bigger tank than that so your betta and tetras will live much happier and healthier

  • BETTA"S DONT NEED SPACE, and thos tanks are fine, expensive, but fine! nice tank, i would decorate the bottom, but your party;)

  • To keep these fish you would need the bare minimum of a 10 gallon with lots of hiding places. This is just cruel on the betta and the tetras.

  • this makes me cry* :'( its horibble

  • over stock keep only 3-5 neons or get a bigger tank like atleast a 3-5

  • this is like me keeping 7 full grown oscars in a 55 gallon tank... and a ciclid

  • The betta is happy but need a bigger tank mayby 5g

  • I hope you've upgraded your tank since this video. I had a similar tank for ONE betta temporarily as I waited to set up my 3-gallon tank, which includes a filtration system and heater. Much too crowded, my friend.

  • How big is that tank?

  • looks good but you need a bigger tank, probably 5 gallons

  • What did they do to deserve that? Poor, poor Tetras.

  • thats a nice size betta but i think u should reduce the amount of tetras u have in their. its a pretty small tank. i have that tank but i recently got a bigger tank cuz it was too small and i felt that my betta needed more room. mine has a heater, and filter. Anyways, i think im going to get a few tetras. :)

  • thats so cruel

  • I'm trying to say this in the nicest way possible but that betta kit of yours is really only meant for a betta on it's own. If you wanted a community tank you should try at least a 3.5- 10 gallon tank. Or you could take out the tetras and put them in their own tank. Please consider it? Good job putting in a proper air stone and a plant for your betta though.

  • Poor fish.

  • nice tank!

  • i got the same tank as you, but im not even sure if my betta has enough room lol

  • you need a bigger tank

  • Wow, just look at the comments on this video. The Fish Nazi's strike again...

  • It -looks- beautiful, but that's way too crowded, as, well, everyone else is saying.

  • Oh my....Oh my....I hope you did upgrade them...That is waaay too overstocked...

  • *facepalm* do I have to say it:FAIL

  • He's guns upgrade so lay of

  • LMFAO!!!! is this kid fid for real?

  • Comment removed

  • That's not even big enough for a betta let alone a betta & 4 neon tetras

  • You could buy a tank kit for quite a bit more but that tank and filter probably cost u

    You 20

  • Is this safe? Howd you do it?

  • *facepalm*

  • you need a way bigger tank. seriously 5 gallons cost like 30 bucks go out and buy one and your fish will be much happier and healthier

  • ue tank is to small

  • You have beautiful fish but the plant dominates the tiny tank which makes the tank look even smaller.

  • Nice fish. Do they get along well.

  • hahahahahahahahaha...omg you are not gonna have those for long...I had five tetras and a betta in a 2.5 and all my tetras were gone within two months...you stupid...hahaha your fish aren't gonna make it...your betta might in that shit hole, but your tetras are dead...god I'm tearing up im laughing so hard...stupid pos...

  • A human being can live in a jail cell too. Does this mean they can live happily in that cell?

  • Please tell me you upgraded tot a (much) larger tank with a heater!

  • oh wow cute tank, it looks lke its too small but they look happy.

  • That tank isn't suitable for even one betta let alone a betta and a school of tetras. Bettas need 2-3 gallons at minimum and a school of tetras need at least a 10 gallon tank. Both these fish are tropical and need a stable temperature of 78-80*F.They're probably all dead now right?

  • i used to have that tank just for the betta, isnt it required to have a water filter for tetras?

  • Horrifically overstocked.

  • they look a bit cramped

  • tiny tank plus no heater = unhappy fishies

  • @iluvcandyhaha the room may be warm enough?

  • do all of them eat the same thing????

  • thats cute dont keeep that many fish together

  • LOL @ the tetras... xDDD

  • a betta is meant to be alone it doesn't need "friends"

  • @THEcrazyKAT That's untrue. Male bettas shouldn't be kept together, but they've been shown to 'enjoy' company.

  • omg. so many people think they can overcroud a tiny tank with too many fish without a heater (which both neon tetras and bettas NEED) and think they can subsitute it with a airetor. most people can tell ure a newbie, as your lack of research is visible, and the fact that you say that the fish are happy too is just wrong.

  • @FishDevil789 Well i agreed is over crowded. I would say for a marina kit 1 betta fish and a guppy or 2, maybe 1 tetra with the betta, even still I would jsut keep it 1 betta in it. But I live in Florida and well I dont need a heater. I need a chiller lol. My water is like 83...

  • LOL

  • sigh.

you didnt do research on these fish, did you.

  • Que triste

  • the reason bettas can live in small tanks like they have at stores is the organ they have for breating, it allows for breating it crappy water conditions.

however even in this small tank you have a filter/aerator so it will be very good. usually you can't put in other fish because of this. You can probably through a few neons in but I would say you need to cut back.

  • what kind of filter is that and where did you get it????

  • The size is OK but its really reallyvreally crowded

  • okay people you dont understand the betta is perfectly fine in there !! i have a betta fish in that size tank and he is already 4 years old. it doesnt matter what sizr tank you put him in.

  • needs way more space tank is to small!!!

  • WAYYYY overstocked. Neons need to be 6 at a time in atleast 10-15 gallons. That little box is 1 liter, which is a quarter of a gallon. Betta fish actually require more than that little box, it's good for displaying a Betta but not for long term. Hopefully you have your 10 gallon by now

  • @HiroyushiKun quick question....i already took out my betta from the same exact tank but what shoud i put in it? i don't want the tank to go to waste :|

  • you can add one neon but not seven hahahahha

  • These tanks hold less than 2 litres of water, all good aquarium fish keepers would consider this an act of cruelty. Too many fish, too little water. Both types of fish in this cube are tropical fish. (heated water) The neons will fade to clear or die before they get to that stage. Yes this looks cute but the fish wont survive.

  • Doesnt he attack them? cos i might add neons with my male also.

  • get a bigger tank,

its cramped in that small thing

and i've seen how small those tanks are in real life

    there super tiny

  • if you are going to get some equipment get a small filter - stuff the aerator

  • omg that's so epic man. Y don't you fill it up all the way? They can have more swim room ur betta won't jump out with that number of tetras

  • Mine marina tank didnt come with the gravel or rock so i made it custom and added blue stones and a blue plant it looks ten times better i have a video of it as a response if you want to see it.

Its half custom and half pre made so its half unique.

btw i only have one fish his name is luigi

  • tank is way too small for that amount of fish

  • u shud probly get a bigger tank. i no uve probly heard this alot but its 4 the better. the neon tetras r kinda scared and want a bit of swimming space

  • Bettas and neon tetras do not belong in the same tank. Eventually your Betta will see the tetra's flashy colors and will think they are another Betta fish therefore will attack them or eat them. You truly should have done your research on Bettas before buying your fish. BTW...Bettas are tropical fishes that requires a heater in their tank.

  • i dont think so

  • @azeemiscool It is true. I have done my research on Betta fishes to know that male bettas do not belong together in the same tank without a divider. Secondly there are certain fishes that Bettas can co-exist in in the same tank like Corys (a type of catfish) because Corys are bottom-feeders while Bettas prefer swimming around the top of the tank. Certain tetras are fine but not Neons and Glow Tetras due to color and personality.

  • uhm, your wrong, neon teras go great with bettas, sure their colours might attract the bettas, but they have remarkable speed that can counter betta attacks. and both fish live in the same water conditions, and temperature.

  • @eanderson1974 thats untrue. bettas get along with neon tetras and ghost shrimp. bettas go after bright AND flowing finned fish.

  • comments pls haha

  • good video

  • @azeemiscool I do not know why you think this is such a cool video when the fishes are put in such a dinky little tank without a heater. Secondly those tetras are going to end up either as fish food or nip at the Betta's fins which can lead to fin rot. The size of that tank is inhumane to. Bettas needs at least 2.5 gallons.

  • @MrBettaMax my betta died yester day

  • Comment removed

  • @AylaBriana i did not

  • @MrBettaMax Buy a larger tank and get some more tetras. They like to be in huge groups.
