I use an e-cig but I still smoke cigarettes too. I've slowed way down. It's really hard to quit but stuff like this is a very graphic motivator. People think it will never happen to them but consider this--the people in this video probably thought the same thing. 2 thumbs up to these campaigns teaching the truth.

I hate smoking, only one I like is after eating or waking up, It sucks all the other ones are nothing more than addiction smoke, I hate them.. @Nguroa Just show her that video!!!! Just forbidding her to smoke will not cut it. My mother nearly killed my sister and me when they found out we smoked, and we kept doing it until WE realized how harmful it. My sister quit because she wanted a baby, and I quit because I do not want to have cancer, black lungs, or a hole in my throat. Good luck with that, but by experience, I can tell you that education is better than punishment.
