@ErgoGray It's just a mispronunciation. Donghae's chinese pronunciation isn't the best yet :) It's suppose to be xin dong roughly meaning move your heart. The last part of his line could be translated into english by... how can i move your heart/ make your heart flutter/ or make you like me. Something around those lines.
