U r lovely..thanx for doing the great job...ur way of pronounciation is quite amazing...I really liked the way u pronounciation....my god i'm gonna learn arabic soon.............so that i can switch to learning some other language............
maha i enjoyed your videos and you are a really good teacher i want to learn many different languages but i want to learned hebrew the most can you teach me more lessons please
As-salamu Alaikum Maha,me es muy grato haber conocido tus videos y veo que son fantasticos para el aprendisaje del idioma Arabe. Ya hace un poco de tiempo que estoy enfocado en aprender ,mas estaba un poco desalentado por no tener a la mano la pronunciacion directa de un Arabehablante para escuchar a la perfeccion los sonidos y matices que llevan las palabras en su pronunciacion....Shukran Maha..... es una excelente obra la que estas realizando...... : )
TY, I have been try learn Arabic on my own, my Nieghbor is an Arabic speaker and gave me a dictionary, but proper pronunciation is difficult to to get from text alone. So far your videos have been very helpful. Thank you for taking time to make these.
you're wonderful but ummm a bit 'hyper' - would you mind calming down a bit before your videos? i think that would help a lot. i know, i too teach - spanish and french -
i have watched your videos here on you tube...n i really like them
i am learning gradually thanks to you..
There is one receommendation which i wish to give as per my point of view which i have though for you improvement...is that while you move a lot on the screen...the screen actually goes somewhat disturbed....
Therefore, pls while going the classes pls dont make moves which are very fast...cuz it really effects eyes...move a bit slowly.
for good bye ,arabic prounciation in english is not mentioned please write that and how to greet happy birthday to you,asa sajumi najumi my daughter is singing.can u please correct it and how to greet congratulations.very good n arabic
Maha, I first began listening to your lessons when I caught you excited about World Cup. I'm a musician and student of religions (including Islam) and so I already have a thing for foreign languages (I'm Polish myself and bi-lingual). I also like meeting interesting people. And of course I think Arabic has this beautiful flow to it! You make learning it sound fun and easy. I'll check out your other videos. Keep up the good work! ~zpolasik
Hi Ms. Maha i really loved your videos really learn a lot... Anyway Ms. Maha im kin to learn more but Lebanese Arabic..Can you help me with this? "Shoukran"
When you say "my name is" = اسمي it must be the same with age. As far as I think logically "my age is" = عمري and then you just say your age. You just add ي after the word.
اسمي خارياتا و عمري خمسةوعشرون
:)
My name in roman scripture is Gerriëtte. It's a Dutch name.
By the way thanks a lot for all these videos. They're great.
Assalamu Alai Kum Wa Rahmatullah. Fil hakeeka, Ana min Pakistan. Wa ahibu an taleemul Arbi. Shukran le Zalik. Indai Rafeeqai man l'yarafoon al arbi. L'atakalmuhum bi arbi. Suma Shukran. :) Jazak Allah
Hello, There are many ways to say it. Keef al haluka o Keef al hal o Keef halak etc. It depends on the country. I am not fluent at all but I have several programs and books and I have learned like 4 slightly different versions of Kaifa haaluka. But it´s all the same thing.
kef halak = how are you ,but keiflhal if u stop here it means also the same meaning but if u say keifilhal in some where like kieflhal in morocco means how is morocco. and u can use it in many situations.
Hi Maha, could you tell me how different mordern standard arabic is, compared to say egyptian, or say moroccan arabic, and would it be wise to learn a dialect as well or would it be too confusing shukran.
@k9git9 modern standard arabic is simplified version of the fus ha arabic that was spoken 1000 years ago . the standard r for the tv and newspappers and books ..........moroccan one r hard to understand even for most arabs its like basque accent ......................egyptian r the easiest with the lebanese accent
Ahlan, you explain it very clearly, I like how you break down the reason why it is said the way it is, I remember better when I know the logic behind what I'm learning.
i love your videos! they're helping me so much b/c i can never remember how to pronounce anything after my lessons. so instead of learning it incorrectly, i'm listing to u :-)
Would someone be offended if you used the incorrect masculine or femanine word?
