  • Most shocking evidence: Meredith had a long blonde hair in her hand. There are photos of it at PMF gallery.Somebody took this evidence against Amanda, and it is lost now. But we can see the photos,I just looked at them. She's soooooooooo guilty. When girls fight, they grab eachothers hair. Raffaelle's sister has done a lot trying to hid evidence, computers were destroyed, I wonder what was in them?Raffaele's layer is now waiting a trial for offering money for one criminal for taking the blame

  • @1974Coconut - Stehhanio had listed the objects found in the victim's room, she mentioned a glass, a bra, a green towel, a light-coloured towel, a beige towel, a white sheet, three pieces of toilet paper, a ball of cotton wool, and a hairlike filament.

Quote from Massei Report: As for what appeared to be hairlike filaments found on the victim's body, when examined under a microscope they appeared to be strands of wool and gave no results.

  • @HatingIsUgly - Summary - Not a hair but a piece of wool fibre

  • The boyfriend seems like the psychopath framing his girlfriend.

  • rudy gay duh ---smart guy

  • the name of the book is called We didnt do N u f f i n

  • @rollingstopp The film is "Liar Liar 2"

  • Amanda came home found the front door wide open,no one at home, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, she showered, dried her hair, dressed, went to her boyfriends flat, mopped the floor, had breakfast, and then mentioned what she had found.... Does anyone believe this story?..One lie leads to another until you have an unbelievable tale to justify, which she tried to do in an email she sent to 25 people on the 4th november, 2 days after the murder.

  • @travellingboy1 - travellingboy is trolling the web to slander Amanda Knox any chance he gets. The media is going to be paying big bucks for the false news accounts they willing accepted from the prosecution and they know this.

You can spew your hate but it is so ludicrous. The first trial was a rail road by a prosecutor needing to save his reputation and job.

Hellmann Report destroyed the conclusions of initial trial to the complete and utter embarrassment of Magnini and his buffoons.

  • @HatingIsUgly I am not slandering Amanda I am only quoting her unbelievable story, The Hellmann report is more about politics than justice. How come you suddenly have so much faith in the Italian judiciary?

  • @travellingboy1 - It is slander when you repeat lies as truths. You are making statements that even the prosecution abandoned in the first trial.

What story is unbelievable? That she wasn't there and didn't kill Meredith? Prove that she was and did. You can't. Magnini couldn't. Hellmann blasted Massei's court as a joke.

I read the Massei Report and the Hellmann Report. Massei was full of conjecture describing supposed truths as possible or potential, not facts. He had none.

  • @travellingboy1 - "suddenly"??? The two trials were as different as day and night. The first was like a circus. The Massei failed to maintain order. Magnini rambled all over the place with theory after theory that evidence didn't support until he said "it just happened".

You have the burden to tell us what part of the Hellmann Report is politics and not credible fact. Don't generalize. Give details. If not, you have no credibility.

Facts - Meredith attacked at 9pm, Knox at Raffaele's.

  • @travellingboy1 - What quotes? I don't see quotes? I see you reading personal opinions into an event that even the courts acknowledged left her confused, emotionally overwhelmed, susceptable to manipulation. Even then, she still refuted the statements that the police wrote with her own stating that she couldn't believe the images they led her to state. I have zero faith in Italian judiciary if left to work in the dark and unchallenged. They have the worse record of corruption in all of Europe.

  • @HatingIsUgly You really must learn to absorb what you read, I am only quoting her unbeliebable story that she told the police and then repeated in an email she sent to 25 people 2 days after the murder. Read it, lie down in a darkened room and think about it, then if you are a reasonably intelligent person you will apologise, but I wont hold my breath....

  • @travellingboy1 - Guess what, Amanda couldn't believe the story either that the police were force feeding her. That is why she wrote her own declaration strongly expressing her doubt of the scenario the police worked all night to convince her that she was having memory loss of.

But I agree, those that live by hate do need to apologize to her for their blind rage and fury that an innocent girl isn't being subjected to a lifetime of imprisonment.

  • @travellingboy1 No matter how many Knox video you go to with your same comment Amanda will always be innocent. She will always be free, will soon be rich and all you are doing is making her more famous. Get over it go out and get a life before you waste it.

  • @UtubeDuDeDuh I notice you do not attempt to justify her unbelievable story. In the words of your Judge Judy "If it dosn`t make sense its because its not true" Why do you think she is refusing to be interviewed?.... Yes Amanda is famous likewise Casey and OJ.

  • @travellingboy1 - Amanda didn't justify the statements written by the police. She ended up refuting them the very next day. It was sloppy police work. They tried to hammer a statement from her to slam shut their case. They got caught. There is a reason why Italy is the worse of the European nations in human rights violations by their legal system.

  • @HatingIsUgly I have not quoted her police statements, I am quoting what she first freely told the police and repeated in an email on the 4th november 2 days after the murder, and 2 days before the alleged police pressure on the 6th. You really should read this email before you comment further, she is trying to justify what she first told the police, when they were interviewing everyone, and Amanda was not under any pressure, and you can`t accuse the police of writing the email.

  • @travellingboy1 - I read them. Summary. She didn't kill Meredith. She wasn't at cottage. She was with Raffaele. She didn't now who did kill her. No admission of guilt. No admission of being at cottage.

Bottom line is still that Guede was there before 9pm. Meredith arrived and was attacked. Amanda and Raffaele were at this flat. Meredith was dead by 10pm. It has been so well established now that all the other arguements are just smoke screen for thoses that wanted an innocent girl to suffer.

  • @HatingIsUgly You choose to completely ignore any evidence that Amanda did not tell the truth. Raffaele did not support her alibi and refused to take the stand.

  • @travellingboy1 - Challenge to you. Detail what evidence she was lying. Show where Raffaelle said she was not with him prior to 10:13 when Meredith's phone was registered from the Lanas garden.

That is the bottom line, were they together at the flat when Meredith was being attacked and killed.

Second, is there any evidence at all that Amanda or Raffaele were at the murder scene.

Prove that and I will admit the court completely screwed up and were idiots.

  • @HatingIsUgly There is no concrete evidence to show where they were, at the cottage or at Raffaele`s. The only thing we can be sure of is that they both lied and why would they do that?

  • @travellingboy1 - Actually, there is evidence. There is also a witness to being at the flat just before 9pm.

Then the phone call from Raffaele's dad and his cell registered on the typical tower for his flat.

Then the computer logs that required human interaction well after 9pm.

All evidence indicating the attack started immediately when Meredith got home and started to undress, there is absolutely no way they were at the cottage. That is why Magnini fought so hard for TOD at 11pm.

  • @HatingIsUgly Raffaele`s home to the cottage, 5 minutes, attack on Meredith 5-15 minutes, still leaves plenty of time. Who put the duvet over Meredith hours after she died? who cleaned the hallway of blood? Who locked Meredith`s door? Who closed Filomena`s door?

  • @travellingboy1 - Seriously?

    Guede arrives 8:30

Meredith arrives 9:01 - One shoe off, jacket on, books/purse on bed

Call to mom at 9:03 disconnected

AK & RS watch movie until 9:26pm, start video

Meredith's phone registers at Lanas Garden 10:13

Guede calls friend from Germany, he was there. AK & RS were not.

Nothing indicates the duvet was put over her body "hours" later. Court opinion was Guede did it. Crime scene investigator says Guede did it. Guede took keys. Hallway cleaning fiction.

  • @HatingIsUgly All timings are open to error, look at timings of the postal police arrival at the cottage and Rafaele`s police call... The duvet had no blood soaked into it, showing it was placed after the blood had dried.....Raffaele said Amanda was not with him the whole night and refused to take the stand.... Bloody footprints in the bedroom and on the bathmat, none between, you work it out.

  • @travellingboy1 - The CCTV was very easy to prove the real time and correct. So that is not subject to debate. The cell tower connections are not subject to debate. Witness timeframes have to be taken within ranges. Netflick (whatever online source used) access if verifiable. The disrupted call time was verifiable.

Raef did not say she was gone during the night - he, as anyone would have to say, could not testify to what was happening while asleep. That was way after attack and murder.

  • @HatingIsUgly - remove blood evidence with bleach. No traces of bleach on floor. No mopping trails. No clean up. Old arguement the police lost.

There were footprints in room and hallway leading to exit. Guess who they belonged to?! The muderer, Guede.

I don't have to explain how he got to bathroom without more fooprints. Evidence showed no cleanup done. Evidence more than showed Guede was all over the cottage.

  • @HatingIsUgly So if its as you say, Amanda would have seen all these bloody footprints all over the cottage.Amazing and she still did nothing.

  • @travellingboy1 - Have you seen the photos of the footprints? They are spread out and faint, especially in the hallway. Who walks through their home, staring at the floor looking for something unexpected? She had not seen Meredith's room. The tile isn't white, it isn't a solid color.

  • @travellingboy1 - Just looked at photo of duvet taken from video shot on November 3rd, 2007.

Guess what? Lots of blood on the duvet. Guess it wasn't hours later.

I just googled "Amanda Knox duvet blood" and got a hit.

  • @HatingIsUgly You would have seen it was not soaked in blood. If it had been placed at the time of murder it would have soaked up most of the blood being very porous.

  • @travellingboy1 - You said "no blood" because it was hours later and blood was dried. Blood was all over the duvet. The blood had to be fresh, liquid. It was on top of her body not underneath where blood would have soaked into it. On top of the body would have been surface contact only. The duvet had to have been placed on the body within minutes, not hours.

Found photos of footprints in hallway. Would have to be on knees looking for footprints. Plus five footprints on pillow underneath body.

  • Comment removed

  • @HatingIsUgly The duvet was not covered in blood. The video was of very poor quality and colour and what you have taken for blood is a faded floral pattern, even the blood in the bathroom does not show up as it should do in the video. If you look at the video "Amanda Knox. no solid evidence" you get a better look at the duvet.

  • Guilty or not, i will never get why the whole world thinks AK is hot. Meredith Kercher was a much more beautiful girl propably murdered by this cold bitch. I still believe she was at least involved in the murder if she did not stabbed Meredith herself.

  • Why would rafaelle lie though, and say she left his house for 2 hours? At that point, he kind of fucked things up for her.

  • @blonka123 - He didn't say that. They asked him if he could swear to what happened while he was asleep. Of course he couldn't. Didn't matter. That was supposed to be about leaving after midnight.

The facts are clearly that Meredith was attacked by Guede at 9pm and died before 10pm. Knox was in Raffaele's flat. Meredith had taken one shoe off, jacket still on, did not call mom, did not remove laundry, books/purse on bed, didn't turn computer on. Guede said he was there at 9pm. He killed her.

  • you ever hear that old saying ( let them settle there differences between them selves) well these people settled it .

  • I think Amanda Knox and Raffaele are innocent and had no involvment in the crime. I believe Massei and Stefanoni are as corrupt as Mignini and were all exposed in court when Hellmann allowed the independent review and the knife had rye bread instead of Meredith's DNA, and the clasp had multiple unknown persons DNA on it.

  • come to think of it , amanda isnt that smart to carry out the whole murder.

  • @butterflydeffect It is not the smarts -it is bestial anger and desire to control. The black guy's DNA was everywhere including his faeces in the commode. Italian police botched the investigation as well as the prosecutor-again.

  • I,I,I,I DONT THINK THERE WAS ANY GREAT TRIUMPH OF LITIGATION,,i,i,i think there is no evidence going to her for conviction,,, there is no evidence to convict You- is there? The court would have to convict ten billion people for this crime of murder. YOU NEED EVIDENCE TO PROVEN GUILTY --she is set free lack of evidence--no evidence manda YOU go FREE

  • Poxy knox.....getting away with murder! Bring on the appeal!

  • @000YouTunes000 We wonnnnn!

  • @Pinkforestt Ahhhh, but Karma will get HER day in Court yet!!

  • @MrPig58 Her days in court are over :)

  • @Pinkforestt the Court of "Karma" NEVER closes.

  • @MrPig58 Yes Mignini will have his day when karma strikes him down! Thank goodness a wrong was righted when they released those kids. We cannot and will not forget that 2 innocent people lost 4 years of their lives. How sad is that :(

  • @MrPig58 does that mean that Meredith did something to deserve it ? 'karma' is relative

  • @robi2000 Meredith did nothing to deserve this beastly murder; that is why the court of Karma will come a callin.. to Balance the scales.

  • @MrPig58 ahhh so 'karma' applies to only those whom you point to right? Childish fool

  • @robi2000 Karma applies to EVERYONE... even knox.

  • @MrPig58 - Karma applies to you, too.

  • @MrPig58 - The balancing will be for a prosecutor that didn't battle against Guede's sentence reduction. Not only should he have gotten the full 30 years, they should be taking on more for the other robberies they caught him at but refused to arrest.

Karma should come back on the cops that let him walk free the week before he murdered Meredith. If they had locked him up, he might never had gone to the cottage and killed Meredith.

  • @HatingIsUgly Of course Karma applies to me, too. That doesn't worry me whatsoever. And I never ever sought to exonerate Rudy in any way from the grisly murder of Meredith.. I just don't believe he acted alone.

  • @MrPig58 - Seems I misinterpreted your statement about Karma.

While we can dabate one or more attackers, the appeal jury reached a conclusion, that all the evidence supported a break in and assault by one person. Even the investigation team had reached that conclusion. The only person who was part of the Perugian judiciary that believed it was multiple people was Magnini so he could pull his satanic sex ritual out of his bag one more time. Everyone else was expected to toe the party line.

  • @000YouTunes000 They're free and there's nothing you can do about it. haha! Loser!

  • She got 3 years for blaming an innocent person, which makes her evil and capable of anything. WAKE UP AMERICA she is not a nice person.

  • @wanderingbillyboy The cops suspected Lumumba & pressured Knox to agree with them.

  • @FantasticBob7000 Your wrong Knox is a very strong character, some weak minded people can be pressured into saying anything to please their questioners. Knox is very strong minded. Why do you think she is now keeping a low profile?.... She has something to hide.

  • @wanderingbillyboy Do you know her personally to say she is such a strong character? A 20 yr old girl away from her family & friends in a foreign country interrogated by Italian police used to dealing with mobsters, spending four of her young best years in a foreign prison... seems to me you're pretty presumptuous.

She's hiding something because she is resuming her life in private? If she ever gives a TV interview you would probably say she is a publicity seeking media whore.

  • @FantasticBob7000 Its easy to see she is a person who could not be bullied or coerced to make statements against her will. She lied and lied, blamed an innocent person and stuck by that. In the American media they say she retracted the statement the next day, but this is untrue. She says she told her mother it was a false statement forced from her, but we only have there word for that. Patrick Lumumba remained in prison for 2 weeks,a cast iron alibi freed him. Amanda Knox is the new O J..

  • @wanderingbillyboy Can't argue with you if your mind's made up. People have to have an opinion I guess. But the fact is the cops suspected Lumumba, it didn't start with Amanda.

  • @wanderingbillyboy No, Casey Anthony is the new O.J. Amanda Knox may have lied but that doesn't make her a murderer. There isn't a shred of physical evidence against here and the circumstantial evidence is suspect at best.

  • @JustJenna87 She is either very stupid or lying her ass off. Her story makes no sense.

  • @wanderingbillyboy

What are you talking about? In comparison to cops?

  • @Pinkforestt....u betta hope the murdering duo doesn't come after u! ;)

  • @marmackk...i totally got ur back...these ppl are idiots.

  • Great news: Amanda and Raffaele are getting together before the year is up! Yayyy!

  • Short summary of the Amanda Knox case: Two completely innocent people spends four years in prison without any evidence linking them to a crime they didn't commit and a complicit media that deliberately and willingly created "Foxy Knoxy", the "angel faced killer with ice cold eyes". They don't like Americans very much in Italy.

  • @Pinkforestt ..'Two completely innocent people ',one of those 'innocent people' lied and lied and lied(Pinocchio has nothing on Amanda Knox) put herself at the crime scene when the crime occured, slandered her boss who is still hurting financially and has received no apology from Amanda to this date. What does it say when the victim has no defends wounds and was killed by a knife,it usually means there was more than one attacker

  • @marmackk Surprising that the couldn't find any other DNA in that room other than Guede. Amanda is not a liar and she certainly isn't a murderer. Amanda is free, let's hope that the Italian justice system takes the perpetrator of this horrible injustice to task and gives him the same punishment they so willingly foisted upon these two innocent kids.

  • @Pinkforestt ..no other dna in that room except Guede..Have you read the Massei report..Socellito's dna was on Meredith's bra strap and Knox's dna was found on many occasions mixed with Kercher's blood.Amanda is a compulsive liar, that has been proven time and time again. She may not have wielded the knife but even the judge who aquitted her said he feels Sollecito and Knox know more about the crime than they are revealing.

  • @marmackk Many people's DNA was on the bra strap because it was kicked around on the floor! Yes, the same people who actually LIVED and VISITED THERE all of the time, you pathetic dolt. What DNA? There was none! It was too small to measure by ANY international standards of low, or due to simple contamination. It should have been everywhere! You know less than nothing!

  • @Pinkforestt Exactly. "Foxy Knoxy" was a nickname from her childhood, due to her play on the soccer field. They even took that and made her out to be some kind of murdering street whore. These people are so backwards and despicable, it hurts. Tabloid justice and witch-trial circuses are all these people know. She was not famous and she was a stranger in a strange land. They wanted to make an example of her, because she dared to have pre-marital sex, smoke weed and above all... Was American.

  • @marmackk The police brought up her boss. Amanda didn't bring him up. The police told her she was at the crime scene and that her boss was there with her. They found African hairs at the scene and LIED TO HER that HE WAS THERE. She said that if they were telling the TRUTH, she did NOT know if she had been there. She was blazing some harsh weed the same night and didn't remember every single detail. The police lied to her the whole time and said that Rafaelle said she was the murderer too! SHAME!

  • @marmackk You are really clutching at straws. It's obvious to all she was railroaded to confess, there was no lawyer present to hear this or no tape-recording of the confession.Ask yourself this? Would you like to be charged with murder with no evidence that ties you to the murder? Of course not.Even the so-called witness was discredited as it was the wrong day.

  • @TheHughes56 Good point. It's barbaric to think these idiots really think that a person in the Western World has the right to be interrogation by the police for 50 hours, when she has always claimed her innocence and was only in the country for a short period of time, without any language skills past the basics. She learned to speak fluent Italian while she was ROTTING in JAIL, for something she did not do. Rudy confessed he was the killer and Amanda was not present! That was his ORIGINAL case!

  • @Marks719 You make all good points in your post and like you said Guede was there and his is the only DNA at the scene. He also stated that Knox and Sollecito were not present. He only changed his testimony when presented with a reduced sentence. The lead prosecutor in the case was as crooked as the hind leg on a donkey!

  • @TheHughes56 Absolutely!

  • @marmackk It may do mean there was more than one person involved but there is no evidence that puts Knox or Sollecito at the scene of the crime.

  • Comment removed

  • So clearly and obviously innocent. I'm glad she made it out of that dirty little country.

  • the bitch was guilty

  • Poxy Knox........awaiting the re-trial. As are we.....justice for Meredith!

  • I'm glad they have been acquitted. Hopefully they can both rebuild their lives, somehow.

  • she is innocent and free thankfully! The only thing she was ever guilty of is being a good looking American girl who for some crazy reason was dating a euro-fag who looked like Harry Potter and had the name of a ninja turtle.

  • Blessings & great love to both beautiful girls All love to you. So much respect for your loyalty..

  • @jetScreamerJr. Now, if you are talking about the bar owner, I do feel for him and I'm WHITE if that matters. I don't believe anyone should be framed for something they did not do. I'm sure she feels some remorse for putting him in the middle. However, that is not to say that we are all out to pin a murder on every black male that associates with whites.

  • @jetScreamer Jr. What does this have to do with the COLOR of someones skin? I've been following this story from the beginning and I'll admit I had my doubts where Sollecito was concerned. Especially, after he was the first to throw another under the bus. They all lied. Except your guy. They were young, traumatized, and scared. However, Rudy Guede, ADMITTED that neither Amanda nor Sollecito were there. That is why he is in jail. Not because he is of African American decent.

  • @BIGEUROBOSS

You are not European. You are a fraud trying to turn Americans against true Europeans.

  • @BIGEUROBOSS

I have read the entire report. All nonsense.

And it is also now moot. It has been overturned on appeal.

It is even more worthless now than when it was fabricated.

Stop living in the past. YOU need to wait for the new report.

  • Read the 400 pages of the Massei Report. Before no discussion possible

  • @sandrodream1

Regarding the Chico Forti case, I can find nothing in English at all, and the only Italian stories I can find have only vague protestations of his innocence. I would think that there would be a lot more if this were important to Italians. And if it is not important to them, why should it be important to Americans?

If you have some information that would suggest Chico Forti was unfairly treated, please post it. I, for one, would be happy to look into it.

  • @sandrodream1

Please allow me to correct you:

Amanda is destitute. She has been in prison for four years without any source of income.

On the other hand, her parents are about $1Million in debt.

  • @cedric1546 That POS Donald Trump has been giving Amanda's parents for the last 3 years! I wish they WERE broke. She was complicit in the murder and most people know it. Knox is a disgrace to ALL Americans and I wish they had kept her in Italy, but i guess they don't want that slutty filth in their country either.

  • @BIGEUROBOSS

You don't really mean to ask a question. You're just trying to sound "socratic". Not really working though.

You are trying to say that a LACK of forensic evidence is evidence of guilt.

You are trying to say that Amanda scoured the apartment for fingerprints and wiped away ONLY her own.

Do you realize how ridiculous that proposition is?

You are about as good a detective as Mignini.

  • @cedric1546 My thoughts exactly. Anyone who after even 6 months of following this ridiculous story still finds that she is guilty are blind to facts. To think that this young woman managed to clean up all of her DNA and then leave a small trace on a kitchen knife along with Meredith's.... that detective Mignini is now in 2011 saying may not even be the murder weapon... is just ignorance. And Americans are the stupid ones. I'm glad Amanda is home and FREE.

  • @sandrodream1

Even if she did slander Lumumba, that HARDLY makes her a monster.

And after getting sentenced to 3 YEARS for a statement she was forced to make by the police, she would be a fool to open her mouth in Italy again.

Very good sense to wait until you are in a country with freedom of speech before you attempt to speak the truth.

  • @cedric1546 Are you that stupid and heartless? So it's no big thing to accuse an innocent man of murder? He spent 14 days in prison because of this slut! Since it was a black man, "no big deal."

  • i duno really how amanda can be sweet and innocent , she met her bf one wk only and sleeps w/ him, smoke weed w/ him, not wild ?? at least admit something, u cant be all good w/o being bad.

  • @sandrodream1 Your repeating yourself and not listening. I've agreed with you on some points and disagreed with you on others and I've tried to be polite. You'd get further with me if you try to do the same.

  • Only ONE fingerprint of her was found in the whole flat. Any explanations?

  • @sandrodream1 'opposite when you're rich' ? Phil Spector is richer than anyone involved in this case. He's in jail for life - money does not buy freedom in many cases. Look it up.

  • @robi2000 Good one! Touche!

  • @sandrodream1 That doesn't make it right but that's just the way it is.

  • @sandrodream1 The DNA off the knife was Amanda's but it was there because it was a kitchen utensil. I also watched the Italian expert who demonstrated why that knife could not have been used to kill Miss Kersher. Also none of her blood was found on that particular knife. Chico Forti? That is a legal problem and that is bad but I don't think, and I hope it wasn't racism. We are not all racist over here. Remember? Obama? Innocent people are locked up in every country in the world.

  • @sandrodream1 I never made fun of Italian Justice and I have been a victim of American Justice gone wrong. No system of justice is perfect. Is your Countries? I don't think so. And how do you know she is a real killer. None of us really know that unless we are inside her brain. But the evidence said she was innocent and in this case I believe it.

  • What an honor to have a friend like that. A friend like that makes all you Hating Bigoted Trolls Insignificant. An Italian Boy went home also because he was innocent Why are you not smashing his character? I'll tell you why. Because for some reason you hate us Americans who are so different from each other that we might as well have a 100 cultures in one Country. Why don't you meet us before you bash us? We have the good the bad and the evil just like you do. Amanda is not one of the evil ones.

  • Amanda was guilty but you, stupid and arrogant Americans, pressured Italian justice to save her. Stupid! Meredith died a second time.

  • @MrAles30 Bigot. I might not be real smart but I am certainly not arrogant. Why would you say that. You've never met me. Why don't you follow the evidence instead of letting your prejudiced views rule your judgment. Everybody knows that anyone that talks in general terms about any nationality or race is a Bigot and might as well be in the Klu Klux Klan. We have enough of that ignorance over here but your obviously not above it all.

  • @MrAles30 Oh yeah, and what about the guy. was he innocent or guilty? It was Italian Justice that let him go too. Why don't you direct some of your venom his way. I'd tell you why but you know already don't you? Bigot!

  • Guede did it period.

  • 2 types of commenters:

1st - People who aren't filled with hatred toward anything American who feel that the true killer of an innocent girl should be jailed . But evidence should be at least stronger than the fantasies and inuendo.

2nd type of commenter: Immature hateful lonely life haters who want only to see a pretty girl suffer - notice they never ever ever mention Rafaello.

  • @robi2000 I've noticed that also and it is infuriating how they can be so two-faced and bigoted.

  • @robi2000 You say "People just want to see a 'pretty girl' (knox) suffer"...... Do ya know what knoxy said when just after Meredith was found murdered? One friend said "I hope Meredith didn't suffer too much." Knox answered her with "What do ya think - She F'n Bled to Death!!" That was your Pretty Girl talkin.

  • @Pig my god you sound like such a retarded moron with down syndrome

  • @robi2000 I was only QUOTING yer "Pretty Girl."

  • @MrPig58 SOME <--- want to see a pretty girl suffer. Not all. People who hate pretty girls are passionate and blind by their hate.

  • @robi2000 notice how they never mention Guede either..and they are trying to claim Amanda was jealous of Meredith..seems like everyone is jealous of Amanda..after all, she is a beauty and going to be rich also :)

  • The prosecutor was an asshole for calling her a witch, orgy, etc..but the fact remains that in the US she would have come under heavy suspicion just with the circumstancial evidence, her lies, accusing an innocent and her strange behavior after the murder. Read the original report and not the dribble presented on US TV. She lived in the apartment but only one fingerprint of Amanda was found, after she cleaned it with the bleach she bought on the morning after the murder. Weird to say the least.

  • @abbefaria1 it's pretty simple. The killer wiped down the place. He also wiped away Amanda's prints.

  • @robi2000 Really? he took a dump in the toilet and did not flush and left his fingerprints all over, but cleaned Amanda's off the kitchen, bathroon, hallways, doors? Amanda cleaned everything in that place, except for Meredith's room. Only one fingerprint of hers was found on the kitchen's faucet, weird since she lived in that apartment and Sollecito was a frequent visitor. I do not think that they killed Meredith, if they stood by during the killing there are guilty. Read all the evidence.

  • Poxy knox. OJ Simpsons mate. Got away with murder.

  • LOL Talk about damage control. The only thing that happend here was that Mr. Knox offered the right amout to the juror's!

  • When did this take place?

  • can everyone stop pretending that this has any affect on your life? stfu and quit arguing, because you weren't there and you have probably zero knowledge of anything to do with how to give a proper sentence. stop playing jury and quit blaming countries. not all americans are racist, bias, and ignorant fools. and the same goes to italy. god!

  • A question for any American college girl in Spain : Are you going to be the next Amanda Knox?

  • AMERICANI DI MERDA, TUTTI VAFANCULLO! SPORCHI AMERICANI CHE SOLTANTO POSSONO AUMENTARE DI PESO!

    FUCKING AMERICANS

  • Amanda Knox is a convicted slanderer. She accused her boss, Patrick Lumumba of murder - and did three years in prison for it. The only difference between Amanda Knox and Casey Anthony is a massive PR campaign and Donald Trump's money. Every cent Amanda Knox will make from movies, books, and interviews will drip with Meredith Kercher's blood. The judge in the second trial (Claudio Hellman) says "Amanda and Raffaele may have been involved - but we can't prove it."

  • @c0uchp0tat0e1 Some of the posts on this page are disgusting. the comments made do not involve any thought to the crime commited and show just how infantile some people can be! The accusation was coerced under duress and witout a lawyer present.Debate the proper facts such as there is no forensic evidence which ties them to the killing.Guede originally states that neither Knox or Sollecito were at the scene and only implicated them for a reduced sentence. Press speculation buried them, not facts.

  • @TheHughes56

I can only agree with you.

I have seen a french report about this case on French TV; I was so disgusted after having seen this report that I really HATED this italian prosecutor Mignini; he is a real shame to justice, he is no worthy of being a prosecutor.

I compare him with the NAZI judge Freisler who judged those who made the attempt against Hitler.

  • @TheHughes56 ..what evidence is there to prove that Amanda Knox was coerced under duress,so far she is the only one of those arrested complaining of being coerced.

  • @marmackk Even if she was not slapped, beaten and harassed for days on end, where was her lawyer, her translator, any call to a local consulate and any basic rights?? THERE WERE NONE! Good to know you are all for ILLEGAL INTERROGATIONS, especially with people who didn't even know the local language, beyond the basics. They set her up, made up some story she never understood, typed out a confession and made her sign it. You are SCUM! I hope you get the same treatment someday, you stupid whore.

  • @Marks719 ..she doesn't have to have a lawyer present for interviews cause she was not a suspect.Neither does she have to have a translator, the police could understand her and from what I read theyand she responded to their questions quite well.It really demonstrates a the level of maturity you possess to resort to personal insults towards people who disagree.I hope I get the same polite treatment the police gave her when they interviewed her. That would be great!

  • @marmackk She was a suspect! This is why she was detained for a week, with a barrage of questions from 12 different detectives, used to break the mob! They hit her, they humiliated her, and they sexually harassed her. It is LAW that all of these people get a lawyer. How in the hell do you know what she is legally entitled to?? She was also supposed to have a translator. How many things can you say in English that can be misconstrued in Italian? How did she know everything? You are an imbecile.

  • @marmackk Why was Amanda made to sign a made-up confession if she was just being "innocently questioned" for information in the case?? Think much?? Obviously not!!

  • american media is sooooo disgusting, what she said and did after the crime and in the trial is what's important, she was there

  • RIP MEREDITH

  • if she wasn't acting like the american whore of italy she would still be there getting an education

  • "Hi, I'm Madison Avenue and Amanda Knox has me under a spell involving necklaces and hypnosis that she dresses up as 'keeping me calm'. I would like to thank everyone very much and be biased. Thank you."

  • dude italians are freakin stupid, just look at jersey shore

  • Comment removed

  • why on earth do you all think she did it? please enlighten me because there is no proof or any reason why amanda had to do it. the knife "used" with amandas finger prints on it was proven not to be used. all of you are hating her because shes american. seriously hate on because she free

  • @ohtenho3 how was it proven, that it wasn't used?

  • Wyclef Jean was in on the knox murder.....wtf........lmfao

  • @KayCommaMillie tv, movies etc is a large part of americans life ... MOSt (not all) americns grow up having their behavior and views on the world shaped by those media ... to the extent that president clinotn had to have dineer with all the studio heads and ask them to tone down ...

  • Praise God! Freedom Reigns! He loosens our chains! HE FREES THE CAPTIVES! AMANDA IS FREE!!!!!

  • @sthin83 Aviello: Raffaele told me that it was Amanda and that he was also there Around the middle of the interrogation, Aviello said – referring to something that Raffaele apparently told him – that «the murderer, in fact, was not him: it was Amanda, during an erotic game». Raffaele apparently also declared «I actually know that it’s true that Amanda did it, but I didn’t do it: it wasn’t me that did the murder; I didn’t do it». This is what [Aviello] declared

  • Texas courts regularly order executions based on even flimsier, or dicier, evidence. So I'd have to conclude that Italian courts are better than American courts.

  • @ad220588 Could be worse... who knows... I'm pretty sure she did it, she looks psycho and was emotionless until she found out she got away with it....

  • Madison Paxton issued a photo of herself making a MASONIC body gesture in the media on the net. She issued a sign of hiring A HIT and let the world know about it. They are masons and apparently, Guede has no masonic UoW connections. WHITE TIGER OF DEATH TO AMANDA KNOX, IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT AMEN, AND ALSO WHITE TIGER TO HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO HAVE NO SHAME NOR RESPECT, SHAMANS UNITE AND GET JUSTICE DONE WHERE MASONS STOOD IN THE WAY, MURDERERS

  • Madison Paxton - I'd love to have a friend like you. You're brilliant girl

  • Having studied the evidence in the case I was amazed the case even went to trial. Not one part of the evidence would have been admitted in a decent court. The prosecutor has used the same drug addict homeless guy as a witness to identify people in three different murder cases. The prosecutor spread deliberate PROVABLE lies. The trial judge found a way to allow "evidence" which had been banned by the Italian Supreme court. Independent NOT Defence DNA experts ruled the DNA evidence invalid.
