Happy New Year. Try rolling your mixture into 2 logs separately....wrap with waxed paper or plastic film & twist the ends together. Then before serving roll one of the logs in the nuts...one in finely chopped parsley ...guests slice off a bit of the log & it doesnt get yucky & messy...you can salvage any uneaten by pressing more nuts/parsley onto the cut edge of the log & re-refrigerate for another time. It works great & keeps it neat so it doesnt get mucked up & unappetizing looking.
