ok I've tried a few times to watch this the whole way through. Even if I keep pausing the thing, I just can't do it. It's making me sick or something!
The dancing and the overall pop culture aspects are not my personal 'cup of tea' --
But I loved the fact that these people seem to be truly enjoying themselves and smiling.
The trick, in my mind, would be to throw the audience away. Does the enjoyment come from showing off in front of people (look at me?!?!) --- or are they truly happy just to be dancing?
is this designed to give me neurosis? This kind of thing would send someone over the edge if they were on acid. classic brainwave entrainment is one thing, this is categorically absurd. If you want to enhance your mental power I suggest something that quiets the mind and brings you into more presence and understanding, not confuses you as to what is real or not. So people don't watch this crap and go watch some Krishnamurti, Mooji, Eckhart Tolle

I never said this is meditation; it's more of an experiment.

This is the antithesis of meditation
