  • This is my favourite song off their Album!

  • Bob I love you and remember you always.

  • It must be pretty amazing to know your songs have affected so many lives for the better over so many years.

Except the last Crowded House album. That was rotten.

  • @jumhed "Except the last Crowded House album. That was rotten." - Do you mean the 2010 lp "Intriguer" ? I think it's brilliant..."Amsterdam", "Falling Dove", "Even If" & "Isolation" are amongst some of the most melodically beautiful tracks they have ever produced imo. It's a grower of an album and you have to be prepared to listen to it three or four times to really appreciate it.

  • @noteatpig2getha You forgot archer's arrow my favourite!!

  • @vally1971 ...I did forget to write it actually. Probably the stand-out track on the album :)

  • @noteatpig2getha

I've listened to it a lot, trying, hoping, waiting for it to grow on me. First thing associated with Neil Finn i actually hate. I really want to like it, but it's just spinning in my CD player, sucking.

  • @jumhed ...Astonishing. I thought perhaps you meant "Time On Earth" (2008) and that you hadn't heard "Intriguer". I believe it ranks aside anything they have done previously.

  • @noteatpig2getha

Yeah. Must be something wrong with my ears! :-)

'Time On Earth' was good. Some of the songs are much better live than on the album.

  • That's a shiny performance.

  • Great stuff. Really enjoyed Everyone Is Here, thought the harmonies on the album were superb and the songwriting was strong. The album did well over here in the UK , went Top 10 and spawned a couple of Top 40 singles. Cheers for posting.

  • Didn't Tim write this song about his wife and someone calling her a racial name?

  • @soulcornflake1

No, I'm pretty sure they wrote it about my time in high school. :)

  • Seen live acts here there and abouts. They just do not come better than the Finn Brothers. Neil Finn is, without doubt, the greatest living songwriter.

  • It's downright tragic that here in the U.S., both Split Enz and Crowded House are considered one-hit-wonders by the public at large, because the Finns are brilliant. Everything they touch turns to gold.

Thank God for Internet radio...otherwise, I might have missed out on these guys.

  • @SaveUsMavis You got that right!! US radio is g-d awful. Finn bros. should be a worldwide sensation

  • Brilliant Music! Thanks!

  • Such an amazing insightful song on many levels, performed so brilliantly. How could this and others from their record not have been hit songs? People are missing the boat big time!

Hope the brothers tour again in the U.S. someday.

  • i want hair like Tim so badly! haha.

they have always been such a great duo!

    love this music :)

  • they're superb.

I mean, listen to that harmony...

you can't beat stuff like that.

  • love that song - "everyone is here" is a fantastic album, i actually like it better than their crowded house albums.

  • [Briliant. I've seen these guys more than once and if you've never seen 'em do it if you can...

  • how touching and moving is the melody and harmony in this portion of the chorus?

    "...'cause you're better than that---

    and you don't need it!

    there's nothin' wrong with you!"

    nothing like harmony from brothers!

  • absolutely genius. neil finn is the best---musically, lyrically---so, so much heart.

  • simple genius, modern day mozarts

  • Great -

    Nothing wrong with you... &

    Nothing wrong with me

  • I just now heard this for the first time on Pandora Radio. I've never heard it on "regular" radio. What a shame!

  • Even here (Aus) The Finn Brothers never really reached the masses. A shame because their albums have been as good and some think better than Crowded House or Split Enz.

  • Yeah, same here in there home country New Zealand.

  • Amazing talent, amazing voices

  • The Finn Brothers harmonies are natural and unforced. I heard them in a Nashville record store a few years ago when this record was released. Even in that bare setting, their vocals were stunning. I love this song!

  • love these guys, such talent in one family.

  • Nothing, absolutely NOTHING I don't love. X

  • One of the many excellent songs they wrote for their album "Everyone Is Here"-The Finn Brothers. One of my all-time favorites. It kills me that I never hear their exceptional music on radio here in the U.S. If it wasn't for the internet...

  • Cheers!

  • A Smashing Album from a smashing Talent. Finns, Crowded House, just brilliant

  • I saw them on this tour and it was one of the best shows i have ever seen. Great music and two great personalities...which is rare....Good music and humor....

  • beautiful thanks SO much for putting it up - I am a new convert

  • I can think of very few acts that sound consistently better live than recorded. Finns are unsurpassed.

  • total quality one of my fave albums ,thanks to whoever posted this

  • No worries...I'll eventually upload the rest of the show

  • did u eventually upload any more and were the finns on it.????
