Um., just would like to further say the Magna Carta is the Australian Bill of Rights and this argument that we dont have a Bill of rights is yet another legal fiction and obviously a well funded one

Also the reaosn I say assert the Magna Carta is because it predates any modern agenda's.., the Magna Carta was ethical then and is still ethical now. A modern writing of a Bill of Rights will only be twisted in someones favor

@robertwc82 Thats exactly why a democratic country should be homogenous. Either all wolves or all sheep. Diversity and democracy are not compatible.
