I agree with you that other players in RM have more talent: Raul, Robinho etc. Its true that RVN cannot do without the great work these guys deliver. BUT, the other way around is the same, they cannot go without their goalscorer. Hes a lethal finisher and has proved it in different outfits and leagues.
