LOL so, CUTE! I miss my beagles bark :C But I had to get her voice removed because my JACK ASS neighbors called the cops on us because our dog was to loud, when she was almost never barking but we had to listen to her little RAT all day LONG!! DX ugh!

I don't know how to explain it, but I know that bark! It's very "houndy" to me--I have a Jack Russell/something mix (almost definitely something from the hound group), and though it's not his usual bark, he will sometimes do that "AROO" howl-bark, usually when he's after something like a squirrel.

I have a beagle and we live in the woods and so we let him outside and when he goes out he gets on the scent of something like a deer or a possum and he'll just start sprinting and howling acting like hes saying "I Got it guys" its so funny.

That may have something to do with it.
