My kia has allways been slow at the track, high 15s in the 1/4 mile. Autocross is where she shines. I have alot of mods UNDER the car but the motor is stock. Its alot of fun for little money.
haha i have the EXACT same spec5 as this guy does..although their fun to make them look nice and sleek..its a 16 valve dohc with 138 horse...c'mon why try to make it fast? their ok but i would NEVER bring it to the track to race..only to get my ass to the track haha
Well this was a Sedan Teg. Similar Hp. Similar weight. etc... depended on the driver and the suspension setup has alot to do with drag racing. The Type-R was made to have the best suspension setup and HP. Its just different car classes within the makes and models

Kia with their Spectra(s) are slowly making it's way up the tuner scene, and that's good to know. Once they make it, Honda and Toyota better watch out.
Just watch your mouths, because you'll be beating yourself the one day you get burnt by a Kia.

Amen to that. It looks fast when it races another horribly slow car but the reality is that they both suck. At least the Acura will run forever.
