Websites like Kickstarter are amazing because they allow creators to put their ideas or products up there for fundraising and even selling the products before they come to market. I've already funded a great videography tool called Cineskates and will likely fund Printrbot Your First 3D Printer at Kickstarter.

The new jobs in 2011 doesn't even cover population growth.
We need 150,000 new jobs every month just to keep up with the population.
