Yeah, I won't completely rule out the possibility that somebody who was very dedicated and/or very bored physically created each frame of this video, I think it's far more likely that a standard version of this video was filmed and edited, then run through a program that pixellated each frame and other that converted each pixel to a picture of a die face.
