@shishidobaiken i like dir en grey in every album, they bring something new to the table each time. pre withering their music was generic japanese rock, but they did it solidly, shown in this song. in withering they brought amazing vocals and kyo made chilling vocals, marrow they had softer tracks with less screaming with soft vocals and progressive tracks, and in uruboros they brought back the screaming so dir en grey= Pop-> Alternative-> Hardcore-> Progressive-> Nu metal-> Progressive

Believe me, this song is not in anyway representive of Dir en grey songs. I think this is got to be the most poplike thing they've ever, ever done. I love Dir en grey for their flexible style and unique sound, something you probably won't catch from only listening to one song.

Let's see... Judging by your recent comments on music that I'm assuming you like, you might find their Marrow of a Bone, Withering to Death, Vulgar or Uroboros albums more to your taste.

this is a late reply, but obviously the people who likes dir en grey is the people that wants to like something better than jrock. to be honest jrock and visual kei these days just sound the same. cute outfits, complex hair, and fangirls who just care about how they look.

Not to mention the artists themselves just care more about their look rather than their music.

dir en grey dont play their old songs anymore like this one. And dir en grey is highly liked by critics.
