  • Shit im not going to china

  • Bitch cut your nails those damn things can poke your eye out or hurt your friend holding the prop on his leg

  • Damn chinese nature you scary!

  • This is very high quality. How high? How high is the sky? We all know you know how high the sky is you little chinese tailor

  • I own this movie and im never selling it

  • best movie ive ever seen.

  • One of the best Kung-Fu movies I've ever seen. Even though it's a parody it's still amazing

  • AWESOME MOVIE!!!!!

  • This movie with English dub makes me sad haha, I always watch it original with subtitles.

  • englis subtitles for chinese version was funnier that guy said shut up fatso eat sHIT AND DIE !!!!

  • 7 people did something negative relevant to the video ¬_¬

  • thats not even a guqin....

  • @RoyalKiD90 Your correct good Sir its a Guzeng. Also the tune is "King Chu doffs armour". Ussually played on a Pippa but still this scene truly rocks! \m/ (-_-) \m/ Seven Axe gang punks disliked this.

  • @SIK0TV Not guzheng either. My sister played Guzheng until she was 14 and I'm 100% sure were a lot more strings than that, like 20+. I doubt that instrument they're using is even functional, most likely just a prop.

  • she just smoked a cig in 1 drag not thats talent lol

  • why do english dubs exist?

  • @neomp5 cause one mans trash is another mans treasure and some people don't like to waste their time looking up and down constantly with subtitiles.

  • @husseindss

literate people don't need to look up and down constantly.

  • @neomp5 i'm just saying.....

  • @husseindss

even if you haven't learned to just take the words in as you watch, surely the halting performances of bad voice actors would be enough to convince you not to use the dub track

  • @neomp5 you got a point there.

well, like i said earlier, to each his own preference. There are some who of course prefer the fluidity of the usual language, so i get why some people can't stand the dubs, but there are also those (like me and my friends,) who see it differently (not saying the normal language is bad). Ergo, the choice between dub and sub.

  • @husseindss

dubs are badly translated and lose all the timing of the original performance. might be alright in an action movie, but a comedy requires the actor's timing, and a drama requires the actor's inflection.

  • 7.34: it ain't over till the fat lady sings.

  • Damn. That lady needs a breath mint.

  • AAAAHHHHHH!!!!! It was the roar! THE LIONS ROAR!! I thought it was a myth! Oh! Why didn't you tell me that it really exists?

  • What's going on out here?(cement block flys at door) never mind!

    Lmao

  • DOGDE THOSE SHIT LIKE IF THIS WAS DOGDEBALL

  • The bruce lee gestures at the end are what did it for me.

  • The muzic iz mellow

  • Badazz muzic

  • i'm sorry but that instruemnt is a guzheng not a guqin

  • @kakuoh actualy, it is both, the spelling is different depending on the translation

  • @smokescreenninjato

? i do not understand what you mean by it is both? they are 2 different instruments that do not look that similar. the guzheng has 20something strings and movable bridges that you can see on top. the guqin normally has 7 strings and there are no movable bridges on top. the instruemnt he is playing is a guzheng...

  • what name of song?

  • ROFL dont block his view !!

  • we should totally suggest this for "kids react", who's with me?

  • Comment removed

  • Ever since I seen this movie, I want to learn how to play that string instrument :)

  • @lavamaster530 it is actually a Gu qin-Guzheng if you read the descreption the person who posted this video has everything bang on typically a Gu qin-Guzheng looks the same but smaller ALOT smaller lol

  • When hes first playing da guzheng, whats da name of that song, it iz mellow, makes me want to smoke some bud and relax while i listen 2 it

  • @doeboyelsancho the song is right there blade of gu qin

  • This is definitely my favourite movie of all time and the one I've actually laughed the most at, follwed by The Hangover. Do I have a weird sense of humour? At 6:00 when the two brothers jumped in the air to fight but just landed down with the landlord with his arms around them sleeping I was in tears with laughter. When they did it again in the car I had to pause the video to laugh ahahah, I love this movie.

  • Thanks for leaving in the bit when the guys hair is on fire. That with the music that accompanys it is so fucken funny!

  • Así debió haber sido la película de Dragon Ball :(

  • 6:05-7:10... that old guy puts on a clinic for "Whoop-ASS"

  • I find the movie funnier in Chinese. I don't even speak Chinese..

  • i like the song but i cant find it :(

  • @diplom112 The song is Blade of Gu Qin. Youtube it.

  • 7:33

  • SINDEL WINS!

  • Xin Zhao vs Sona

  • Man I love this movie!!!

  • aye i aintt neva laugh lyk dis nd mii lyf at dha last part dog lol hahah

  • I'm not sure why , but for some reason I have always thought of Chinese people as very serious. Although; quite violent this short movie sheds a very comical , humorous and light hearten view of the culture, The first time I actual saw a Guqin was in the 1993 movie Blade of Furry. I enjoyed this , thank you for posting it. -great sense of humor and special effects with the magical Guqin,,,

  • i think the land lady sounds better in chinese

  • there is a madest woman

  • Actually the instrument they're playing IS "Gu Qin", love the sound of it.

Gu Zheng and Gu Qin turn out to be two different instruments, the former has 13 to 21 strings on it, other versions have more, and the latter has 7, you can clearly see there are 7 string on it in the video.

  • 6 people were blocking the view

  • @5:13 You are still blocking the view!"

  • I haven't smoked up in a while. Can't seem to get some of the stuff.

  • @TheMartialartsJedi The Effects On This Movie Were The Ones WHich Should Have Been On the Dragon Ball Movie i Am telling You Kung Fu Martial Arts And Fighting Flicks Are The Best There Is Nothing Better Than Smoking Some Weed And Watching A Flick Like This Seriou And Funny At The Same Time They Dont Make Them Like This Anymore.

  • @TheMartialartsJedi Thats Exactly What i Was Talking About Thats What They Say In The Movie When they Are Speaking To The Leader Of The Axe Gang About What Themselves And Their Work.

  • @TheMartialartsJedi I Was Right Homie My Cousin Is Watching This Very movie Right Now.

  • To Tell You The Truth i Dont Really Recall But I Might Be Wrong My Brother Listen To It Very Carefully Then We Will Know For real.

  • For Some Reason One Has To Be Blind But I Love Those Musical Strings And The Whole Movie Itself Is Funny. I Got This Dvd And I Am Still Here Watching This Thats More Funnny.

  • In Actuality We Are Nothing More Than A Pair Of Streets Musicians Whose Strings Will Take Hold Of Your Souls And Slowly Break You Up.

  • fav fight scene

  • I must admit there is so much to love about this whole sequence. The music, the movement, even the visuals alone stand up well, however, this is just a fine work.

  • heute gibts wieder kugelfisch da wird ja jeder hund zum wolf huan jin lun yue da go quan ta lang leng su lun ja chi hai wu bu schui huang hong schou schu lao sien chi hai kyang keo dao

  • ach du meinst kann man anclicken : il rotoloamento de drago

  • The effeminate Kung Fu Master does actually know really Kungfu and So does the Last Boss.

  • this is my favorite scene and the instrument sounds really good.

  • Yeah the dubbing is the worst ive heard in a long time, but this scene is easely the best in the whole movie, i love the effects they make when the "Notes" come flying in shapes of swords, fists and finally the awsome Skelleton warriours.

    Awsome movie 8.5/10

  • Watching this English dub makes me cringe. The accents are terrible -.-

  • I love how the landlord tries to respect the intruders, and ignore what's going on outside.

But when the Wife can't take it anymore, he goes and deals with it.

I kept expecting him to say "You're bothering my wife..."

Love how scared those guys in the car were. XD

  • Dub...

  • I freakin love this movie.

  • Hilarious! Lion's Roar from the landlady, don't mess with her :)

  • @GongFuey I'm surprised she could do that with all those cigarettes she smokes.

  • Comment removed

  • Not absolutely sure, but I read somewhere that Edgar Wright said that the musical part of this fight was inspiration for the "Sex Bob-omb vs. Katayanagi Twins" music battle in 'Scott Pilgrim vs. The World'.

I can definitely see the inspiration.

  • @TheWiseGuy784 I wanted to yell out the homage, when I saw that scene in Scott Pilgrim!

  • Best and most favorite movie of all time... t/y for posting this! :))

  • What is the instrument at 1.35 called ?

  • The Landlords are pure win. Got to love them.

  • That is one terrible dub

  • iron fist vs tiger style kung fu?

  • This is the only live action movie that works so well with a English dub over.

  • reminds me of the guys from crash bandicoot the two brothers reptile guys

  • im glad u kept the part where he is on fire

  • that's not Gu Qin

    It's Gu Zheng

Gu Qin = old musical instrument in Chinese

  • @qq328887795

That's just the name of the scene, bud. :D I didnt make it up.

  • @qq328887795 He just used pinyin instead of jyutping.

  • @qq328887795 Actually your wrong qq328887795 Gu Zheng is a bridged plucking zither with anywhere from 6 to 23 strings whereas the Guqin is a 7 stringed instrument which name literally means ancient stringed instrument the Gi zheng has moveable bridges and the Guqin does not if you pay attention the to the scene you will notice there are no bridges and you can count 7 strings, check your facts before you try to correct someone ass. Nice job eggroll

  • @justin082003 No, YOU look again, this guqin was played non-traditionally, they placed bridges under the 7 strings in this guqin (normally it is unbridged)

  • @qq328887795 Its a guqin...played like a guzheng. Look again at the guqin, they have put bridges under the strings, like a guzheng!

  • @qq328887795 no....gu zheng has more strings, gu qin has 7 strings, COUNT!!!

  • @qq328887795

It looks like a guqin with guzheng bridges, but much longer than a normal guqin. I don't know if there ever was a real instrument like that. It looks like fun, though.

  • @qq328887795 Wrong. It is actually a hybrid of a Gu Zheng and a Gu Qin

  • @qq328887795

    Gu Zheng is correct also.

  • @qq328887795 actually its a combination of both , its too long to be a gu-zheng, and i think it has more than 2 playable sides, one side of the guzheng isnt playable notice how the guys play both sides *not logical i know, cus there is only one bridge group*

  • @qq328887795 Actually it is Gu Qin...

  • @qq328887795 No, it's a Gu Qin with 7 cords.

  • he sounds like a muppet or elmo

  • 8:15 for an old hag shes pretty ninja and at 3:14 WAT THE HELL IS THAT RACKET DOWN THERE!

  • @solvesters the original voices weren't japanese, it was cantonese, dialect of chinese

  • @solvesters

i think i hate everything about you from that one sentence

  • @AdventEdge If you can hate someone for getting the smallest thing wrong then i feel sorry for you but nor do i care! i was wrong but sir your just a dick!

  • @solvesters

it's hardly about you getting it wrong, it's because you're a typical weeaboo who, as soon as they find something asian, have to shout at the top of their lungs "THE JAPANESE VERSION IS BETTER HUUUURRRRRR" even if it's not japanese in any way, shape, or form.

so protip: next time you see and Asian film, keep your mouth shut

  • @AdventEdge Shows how much you know ! THE ASIAN VERSION is better ! because the English Dubs sound purely retarded just like your comment. Protip for you, if your gonna insult someone Do it properly or Keep your mouth shut ! over opinionated , so again i say you sir are a dick!

  • @AdventEdge Actually Forget what i said, life is too short to argue over something so silly! Lets just enjoy the film which ever language its in!

  • -smack!- u r blocking my view -.-

    lol!

  • omg i love this movie

  • 9:04 was my favorite part he was shaking so bad when he was reaching for his cigar and the guy take out Lighter and put him on fire then trys to put it out with the liquor and makes it worst LMAO FAVORITE PART in the whole MOVIE

  • To use a wonderful musical instrument like that for such evil...very cool that they were defeated in the end! =)

  • Just gotta love the fight scenes in this movie!

Plus the tiger sound effects are sick!

  • GOT DAYYYM do i love this movie!!!

  • ahhh my favorite part of the movie!! I have this on Blu Ray and its a good family movie, I have the Blind Harpists on my Youtube background.

  • lol doña florinda 7:19 from the chavo del 8 hahahahahahha

  • Good lord, the dub job for this movie is horrible! And why is it that everyone speaks with an Asian accent? I realize this is a Chinese movie, but to people who fluently understand Chinese, there would be no accent at all. It's like dubbed German movies, everyone has German accents.

Dubs done in the actor's normal tone of voice would be better than this trash.

  • it's supposed to be that way. the movie is a satire for imported kung fu movies

  • It's not just this movie, almost all of the kung fu movies I've seen have this same type of bad dubbing. The Once upon a Time in China series is an exception.

  • Its to give the chinese atmosphere i think... I like the job they done in this movie...

  • @ghostexorcist yeah......but It's funnier the way it is.

  • Stephen Chow is my baby's daddy.

  • SHUT UP YOU HAG! IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO DIE! -throws axe-

-catches the axe- DIE MY ASS!

  • it might be a possibility that these fighting techniques actually exists.

  • @bahamn15 of course the music can't be used as a weapon, but most of the kung fu (aside from the special effects) is real.

  • @jsrfman oh u don't know what they're are capable of when they use ki energy.

  • 8:00 - 9.48 = Owned
