Great video man! Just missed the cut on the AAA team I was trying out for, I was literally one spot away from playing in the 16-18 year old category as a 16 year old, because a guy from across the city managed to get the spot. Played against him last year and no doubt he's a quality ball player, but I just wanted to say that the moving forward quote was really relevant to my situation and has helped motivate me to continue moving forward towards next year! Thanks!

well said about forgetting the past. but #1: FOCUS ON THE NEXT PITCH & THE NEXT PITCH ONLY. players get lost when thinking about things other than the specific task at hand: THE NEXT PITCH is the only thing you have control over.
thank you im in tha freakin worst slump ever im only 12 but ive never swung and missed so much in my entire life and ive been playing for 5 years

Yesterday I went 0 for 3 in strikeouts also so I hope this video helps me my next game after I do these tips I will let you know how I do thanks

this actually works! I was 0-7 with 4 ks, but in my game today i was 2 for 3 a homer and 4 rbis! Thanks a lot!
