No. They don't. Even assuming the car has enough power (an assumption I'm not completely willing to grant), it would definitely NOT have enough traction on such a steep slope. It MIGHT, POSSIBLY, if the slope were dry pavement or concrete--but not loose dirt.

Also, the car would not turn in the air (i.e., it could not take off with angular torque, like a real skateboarder can). It would come down as it left--rearend first.
