A tank is a piece of machinery. Lots of machinery have legitimate governmental licensing and regulation; from airplanes, to helicopters, to boats, and even certain industrial manufacturing machinery. @Brettboat agreed, also, the second specifies the right of the people to keep and bear arms. It doesn't say firearms, knives, or bolt action guns. It says arms. That means any weapon. The ATF and libtards will deny this every chance they get, but it is a human right and right guaranteed to us by our second amendment. I think the tax stamp is entirely illegal and unecessary.

IF they actually let you own a round for the main gun on a tank, or if you can find one to purchase, they are also taxed INDIVIDUALLY....at like 200 dollars per round.

I own firearms for my own self defense, hunting, and recreational purposes. A tank is a piece of machinery. Lots of machinery have legitimate governmental licensing and regulation; from airplanes, to helicopters, to boats, and even certain industrial manufacturing machinery. If you were to ask me about the cannon or automatic weapons on said tank, I would say that they do indeed fall under the provisions of the second amendment.
