hi. smart ladies u have lots of tips pls help me my boy got head lice do u have any tip to get rid of these ichy things......pleaaaaaaas find some way for me
We would probably compare the texture to flan more than cheesecake. We haven't tried it with anything other than eggs. Sorry. If you do try it with gelatin, we'd love to hear your feedback.
loved the egg tips. I love boiled eggs, but I don't like to peel them. I tried the salt in the water, and the eggs peeled so easily. Another tip- when boiling eggs, bring the salted water to a hard boil. Turn off stove cover pot. let eggs set in boiling water about 10 to 15 min. (depending how done you like the yokes). Peel and eat This will help to get rid of that green circle surrounding the yoke. keep the great tips comming
I love this channel! I don't cook a lot of Indian type food very often, but I get a lot of inspiration from watching your methods and you are both so pleasant to watch. :)
if you want the shell to come off easier putting your eggs right after you cook them in ice water helps alot. a cold shell is easier to take off than a hot one.
I only knew about the spinning to tell the difference between a boiled and a raw egg. the boiled egg is coagulated and has a stable inside, where the raw egg has that gel-like inside being moved by the centrifugal force...i hope my explanation makes sense :P

in your recipe of jalebi pudding, you've used egg! the recipe looks fascinating but isn't there any substitute of egg??
i belive it adds a little cheesecake or jelly kind of wobble to it. right? so if i use gelatine or something??

how do u know if the egg has cooked welll(not liquid stuff inside anymore)when u boil it?

If it wobbles when you spin it, it is still raw on the inside. If it is fully cooked, it will spin and not wobble.
