It should by under Halo 3 or you can download it if you press start in the h3 main men when your signed in to live. There should be ads and banners around the marketplace.

bring you Xbox upstairs and you tv too. then plug the an internet cable into the xbox and download. or get a 50ft cable and link it that way, if none of that works than ask someone else

Thats not what make Xbox live so great. Thats what makes Halo 3 so great. PSN has the infrastructure to do the same it just needs to implement it. Unreal Tournament is the closest to this but PS3 is still a ways off on being the same quality.

Saying they can implement it, and actually implementing it are two different things. There's no point waiting around for Sony to "implement" this stuff if you can already do it on Xbox live. Also, there is no PS3 equivalent to, Xbox 360's, Halo 3. People say Metal Gear Solid will be amazing, and I have no doubt that it will be amazing but I just don't think it will match the power of Halo's online map editing and film making features.

My conclusion is that PS3 SUCKS! HA HA! ITS CRAP! ITS GAY!
