Yah... Grafitti EVERYWHERE and POTHOLES. Thet city has the worst roads in all of Southern California. Hemet's roats are even better than Norco's! When are you people going to wake up and urge you city council members to do what is in the city's best interest, rather than the interests of old timers that "want to keep everything the way it is." I know influential people that have left Norco because its standards for infrastructure, planning, finance, and management have significantly dwindled

I graduated from NHS in 1999 and I only saw very little graffiti. But now based on these pics, there's been a lot more trouble now. The last time I passed by the school, I saw gates and I think some kind of checkpoint thing. What a shame.
