Habeas Corpus can be suspended in times of war and when there is a need to protect citizens. That too is in the constitution. Who ever made this video should have done their home work!

@slimemuffen You're kind of right. The Constitution states "The Writ of Habeas Corpus shal not be suspended, unless when in cases of Rebllian or Invasion the public Safety may require it."
