@swordrawn Thanks for the very kind words. I don't use tabs and would not know how to produce one, but this blues progression in E is very easy. The dulcimer is tuned DAD. The first chord is a "bar" over fret 1. The second chord is on fret 4 except for the melody string, which does takes a hammer-on (with my pinky) from the open string to fret 1. The last chord is a "bar" on fret 3. Everything else is just embellishment. (This instrument has a 1 1/2 fret, but I'm not using it here. )
