They outline that the signs are small and hard to find. They also state that there used to be a drop off point in that same area. Apparently the council forgot to adequately let the community know (nothing new there). My advice is if you see someone putting a ticket on your car to not approach them. You can always write a letter with a bogus excuse and get off. If you argue with the officer they use it in their statement to screw you more.
