@nspyroable Yes this is the card I am currently running in my Mac Pro. I didn't have to install anything on the Mac side so yes I believe it is natively supported. But not 100% sure make sure you subscribe because I will research and put that in the review video.

Are you putting this into your Mac Pro? if so, is the 6850 one of the cards that have native support with lion?
