I don't know why some mermaid are different. Are these real or not, why I saw some on the story tale are beautiful and handsome. But, why these are look so scaries and wild, and sharp teeth. I believe they are real or at least i believe there is a sea creature out there that is human-like. no one can really prove they are real but maybe someday when scientists invent more high tech gadgets we can prove they are real. :)

I don't know why some mermaid are different. Are these real or not, why I saw some on the story tale are beautiful and handsome. But, why these are look so scaries and wild, and sharp teeth. And also look like the swamp fishes. Every natures and human are so blessing. Maybe it the way God created them.

People always say their vicious, so thats why they kill them,
Some can be if they do get scared, but then again, that's not their fault now is it ? I know for a fact their real, Poor mermaids though /: Getting killed because people are inconsiderate pricks, but oh well, I WILL find one someday.

I believe they are or were out there. Some say mermaids were hunted to extinction because people thought they would kill people, some think they were almost hunted into extinction, but the surviving merpeople hid away in the sea and couldn't come out of the ocean, some say(plus me) there are many hidden mermaid kingdoms under the sea and out of human reach, and the rest think they were never real. I want to be one thats all I dream about unless I just slip into black calm silence for 8 hours xP I dont believe that if they are real they would want to be trapped in aquariums for ppl to call them freaks and be disected. They live in secret so they can live without fear of being killed. They know to avoid nets and are very smart creatures.

@mustafa33 well since the bottom half is a fish i would imagine they would mate like any other fish would, female lays the eggs some male comes along and fertalizes them, makes sense to me.

I believe they are real or at least i believe there is a sea creature out there that is human-like. no one can really prove they are real but maybe someday when scientists invent more high tech gadgets we can prove they are real. :)

heres a point - these creatures shown here may appear downright ugly to us, but maybe, under the water, they are though of as beautiful, and we are though of as ugly? Just a thought :)

i have always beleived in mermaids and i have always wanted to be one i think the main reason ppl dont beleive is they think it is onle a disney fairytail or they havent seen one all mermaids are like use humans only difference is they have a tail and live in the ocean. mermaids are the most fscinating creature to me and when me n my friends swim, we still pretend to me mermaids :) btw im 11 goin on 12 on fathers day so yeah no haterz
