Set up as many security agencies as you can, employ and uniform as many order-following dimwits and criminals as you can, turn them loose on the remaining law-abiders.. and you have a corrupt 3rd world police state! Well first of all, TSA makes its employees buy their uniform, so if TSA is to request their uniform back from former employees, does this mean they will refund their money?

That sounds fair to me. If they pay for them then the TSA has to pay to have the uniforms returned. That's fine and get the badges and passes.
