Are you serious? The question is completely idiotic in the first place. It's a rhetorical question that insinuates that the quote was bad for Democrats. Ingraham expects a basic cause and effect answer, which doesn't exist because it is more complicated than that. Finney's answer was an attempt to clear that up, to be polite. It's like saying, "why do you think the ocean makes the sky blue," and when I begin to say that the ocean doesn't do that, then you interrupt with "answer the question!!!!"

Let me see if I can help you out with this. Laura (the interviewer) gets to ask the questions. It is up to the guest (the interviewee) to answer those questions. She "answered" Laura by asking questions of her own that fit HER OWN agenda. On top of that, she kept talking over Laura every time she either attempted to ask a question or make a statement in response to her guests' psycho babble.
