I have friends with short hair who tease and bump their hair all of the time, in fact it looks really cute on A-line bobs.

@36shima36 It will still work on short hair, you just might not need a Bump-It. Tease it like I did in the crown and smooth it down, then take a small section in the back for the ponytail. It also will still work with bangs, don't comb them back into the bump, just leave them down.

@123flutegirl oh believe me I know, I'm in cosmetology and very rarely even tease it or straighten it anymore. The bleaching I do to my hair is bad enough I know. I just did it for the tutorial and I don't suggest this as any everyday thing to do.

@dieselfan1 I'm sorry to hear that they don't work for you, they work fine for me, you just have to tease your hair alot before putting them in. The commercial makes it look like you just pop it in there, I know. Just keep trying, I'm sure you'll get it eventually.
