actually you can use wooden taps for clogging..and these are also called "cheater taps". they are not bad, but they cover up for a lot of bad dancing..

thanks I lve in Perth Australia and I dont think they do any clogging over here what a shame I wish I could get really good at it to even teach others i really liked this video. Thanks for posting. The ones that jingle are called staccato taps - NOT buck taps.

@klr7272 Buck taps are "jingle taps" that go over the toe so that when the dancer is bucking their steps you have hear the toes!
