C'mon lets be honest here: Edge, Batista, etc. couldn't deliver a spear the way goldberg did. I didn't really like goldberg but his explosive strength was key to the success of the spear. Egde is, not only less explosive, but he was also not built like a bull, nor does he have the sheer brute strength. Goldberg, hands down.

@torque102891 Yep, Rhyno did do some pretty sick spears. Problem is I remember him charging like a rhino and missing his opponent half the time. Especially one where he missed and ran into a table and broke it. Lets just say that Rhino speared stuff indiscriminately. He didn't have the momentum and pinpoint technique that Goldberg had, I remember most one of Goldberg's first in WCW when he went into the ring and speared Scott Hall and Kevin Nash simultaneously. I hated him for that.
